I Survived my stag do.

It was in Bournemouth. I've been there on a friends stag do, and enjoyed that so was very happy with my location.

!

Hooray Bournemouth!

Might have bumped into you at some point as I was out until 3 on Friday, I am sure I saw a stag do gang about... though one of them groped my ass so I hope it wasn't one of you. =P

Where about's did you go? We were in Cameo for a while drinking stupidly oversized fishbowls. Then BarME then last stop was Walkabout dancing away like madmen.

Uh Oh:grin: [/jokes]

I won £5 at work for selling the most stuff. I got a customer compliment saying I know what I'm talking about and that I know good styles and such and I've lost an inch and a quarter of body fat around my waist. Life is urmazing at the minute!

Went to a Burger King with no Burgers once in King's Lynn.

Nando's: Agreed it varies branch to branch, although for me its only been "quite good" up to "awesome". Russell Square in Camden is my favourite :D

Just don't go for burgers or wraps or any of that stuff. Spicy chicken and a good side or two is all you need.

My local Subway didn't have any bread once.

Awesome job. Congratulations!

I'll be going to the Grand National with my friend this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it. :D

Same thing hasppened in Dumfries sad Martins

Anyway I was down the pub to play in a poker league and I cam second, winning about £30, then I went to the bar to have a drink. The thing is it was Ralph's birthday so everyone was buying rounds. So I got pretty much free beer all night....fuck yeah

Moved house! Lots of perks. Only £100 extra a month for a larger room, more storage space, free access to the lounge, dining room and big kitchen. Loads of fridge/freezer space. Kitchen cupboards a-plenty. 15 min walk from work. Better internet, quieter street, quieter room.

I had a "last night here" pizza last night... then had a "first night in the new place" pizza tonight. Same delivery guy. Very confused look on his face.

And the obligatory work-is-going-really-well comment goes here.

I went to a TableTop day event near me. Played some board games I haven't played before (Smash Up, Star Fluxx, Godzilla Stomp, No Thanks and Ticket To Ride: Europe) and had a lot of fun. Met quite a few new people and I'll probably hang out with them at future events (they have a few a month). I also got some free cards for various games (including a Fluxx card giving an advantage to people with tie-dyed clothing).

fluxx is a great game - i've not played any of the varients yet though. When I bought my fluxx deck from looney labs years ago they put me on a mailing list and occasionally sent me free cards in the post. I should probably update my address.

I still don't gel with Ticket to Ride (I have a shitty memory which doesn't mix well with the rules).

I got that card too. The back blurs if your thumb happens to put too much pressure on it. I got a promo booster pack for a card game called Gloom for a friend who I know has the game which comes with a Felicia Day and (sadly) a Wil Wheaton card.

Since it was 10% at our local games store I got Kelly to escort me down in her car. Bought a couple of games myself - Elder Sign and Munchkin Deluxe. On our way out of the store the owner asked if we'd like to try a game two other customers had just bought and were wanting to test out. Both with a sense of reluctance (we hadn't met this other couple before and the sense that the game would blow) we agreed. It was called Dominion, and we found it a lot of fun. I can't remember the exact price but if it's satisfactory I might pop in on my way to the Monday Gamers Night at a nearby pub tonight and add it to my collection.

1) I'll move to my University's town by next month, wooooooooohhooooo. Very (!) small room in a shared flat, but it's exactly what I need. Cheap, a place to sleep, study and relax and it's just a 20 minute bus ride to lectures.

2) Asked a girl if she wants to have Sushi with me sometime, and she said yes. More in the sex-thread lololololol

3) I feel fucking amazing!
