Firstly: loving the Nativity names for the mods/admins! :heh:

 

Secondly, last night was gooooood! One of my mates from back home came down for the the club last night, which was fun. He had to be up at 7 to get home in time for work today (hence why I'm up now), so we left at about half 1. What was odd, though, is that a very good friend of mine (who allegedly is really interested in me, but that's beside the point/impossible) was very happy and slightly tipsy when we left, and I logged onto Facebook to see this: "xyz hated last night and is now very upset!", from about 4am. Being an annoying bastard who worries excessively about friends' well-being, I now really need to find something to put this out my mind, as I'm pretty damn sure something happened. Balls.

 

Oh, and I'm officially now on holiday!

I sent an Amazon parcel to my dads house this week for his birthday and made sure to check that it was ok with him earlier this week. Amazon tried to deliver today and were turned away. Took 3 emails

My Christmas party is tonight. Should be good. They're taking us to a nice hotel, have a nice meal, free drinks and a disco. Plus there will be casino tables and GH/Rock Band in the corner. I just hope we get enough free drink as i cant afford to spend anything myself!

Yesterday was pretty awesome, had a mini christmas with my friends and recieved a plugmug (don't ask :P) a shot glass with a glass cock in it (...lovely) a glowing egg thing and a paint your own mug set. Fun times!

 

Today is all about packing and getting this damn place behind me for abit! <3

Today has been bullshit. We've had this tech bloke round to try and sort out the wireless internet providings on the PC, as well as try to salvage shizzle from the external HD. He failed to do either. Two hours of constant shutting down and switching on, the PC wouldn't take the number which works elsewhere and when it's providings again it says it's already configured. No shit.

 

Turns out now it's the wireless card. Which has been owned for about 8 months and used for about 15 minutes.

I haven't slept for over 16 hours! Been to town with shorty to fail to do xmas shopping - bought myself some headphones and renewed my railcard. Now buying random shit on amazon. Got a "cat & Kitch" jigsaw for my dad's wife and now got to try and find something besides fucking coasters to buy for my mum.

 

Need to pack my bag for tomorrow, tidy room a bit, get drunk, try not to fall asleep too early, then remember to set alarm and then actually get on the damn train tomorrow.

You can never be too chatty, so I wouldn't worry. I'm sure you didn't do anything that bad.

Urgh.... boredom struck me big time today. Aside from watching Waking Life and enjoying it, I've done nothing. Couldn't go out as the weather was bloody awful. Sucks. Thinking of starting my sketchbook again, if I can think of anything to draw. I used to be able to draw amazing things but I've since lost my artistic drive and have artist's block (like writer's block, which I also have :shakehead). Looking at the stuff in there just makes me realise how shit I am now at coming up with things. :( Looks like I'll have to hoard a whole load of images off of google and see if they inspire me.

I had a good day. Morning was typing up a whole heap of work whilst sat in my placement office. Meh.

 

I had an assessed interview this morning. I was a little worried as I'm meant to careers assess IN schools but this was a drop in off the street. :shakehead

Considering this could have been benefits or anything I was a tad apprehensive. Turned out the young lad was just looking for employment and was becoming tired of being on the dole (always a good sign).

So I swooped into action by saving the entire youth population one person at a time...Was super-smashin' great and I passed ;)

 

Other than that I'm treating some lass at uni quite coldly as I was seeing her for casual dates and coffees and turns out she has a bf! Still recovering from old wounds so I'm just skimming the waves of social suburbia and not swimming too deep.

Everything is easy-come-easy-go at the moment.

 

I guess I used to feel like a character in Animal Crossing. Dealing with peoples bizarre problems and being the answer to all of these. Now I'm Mr. Fooking Resetti. Bring. It. On.

My day started off pretty bad as I put my hand through a window¹, but to even things out I managed to buy some mini roast potatoes with gravy on for lunch. Thus was balance restored.

 

I find it quite funny that I'm still at work despite having been made redundant almost two weeks ago. I guess they jumped the gun a bit on that one.

 

 

¹As in through the pane of glass, not an open window. I'm not an agoraphobic. Or a magician.

Bluh. OK day, not quite as cold - popped in to town to find one of those USB cables with the little connector at one end, but apparently they're out of fashion. Am I the only person who remembers a time when you couldn't buy a sandwich without one of the things being in the pack? >.<

 

Still, had a couple of nice pasties while I out and about. So not bad.

Okay haven't posted much recently. I just needed a bit of distance. I've been a bit busy in my mind and actually in life. :)

 

Some notable highlights from Saturday to now include:

 

A Santa Riding Down the Motorway on a MotorCycle, Me spraying myself four times in the face with Man perfume in the middle of next(as I didn't realise the nozzle was directly pointed at my eye), a £10 note in side a lemon and

 

BREAKING UP FROM SCHOOL HELLS YEAH!!! :grin:

 

I'm so pleased only 6 days until christmas and I'm not going to waste a second. Today I completed my English Coursework and did a lot of psychology revision. :D

 

I AM SO PUMPED FOR EXAMS IN JANUARY!!!

 

I want to tackle them head on. Most of my time recently has just been preparing for them. I have 19 days left then I can prove to myself that I can do well in exams.

 

I also feel a bit more christmassy now as my family recently purchase the Radiotimes! :yay:

im so in trouble with work ha ha ...

 

i was meant to be working 12-5 tomorrow but they phoned and asked if i could work 5-11 instead. i said yes thinking my dad could give me a lift home. but it turns out its his christmas work do tomorrow night and wouldnt be in the fittest of states to give me a lift home...and greg is working to 9 and it wouldnt be fair to make him wait 2 hours just to give me a lift home!

so when i realised (like 5 minutes after they phoned) i phoned them back but they never answered.. so ive been phoning every 15 minutes to tell them and when i got through they said they had it all arranged and to leave it to them and theyll sort it out

 

now its not really my fault now.. i mean i did try to get into contact as soon as i could so i shouldnt feel guilty? they should have just answered the damn phone!!!!
