I think I might have to give it a try as ive never played it with a controller before. I cant see it being better than the speed you get from using a mouse though. I think it will work better with a controller if anything because with the mouse the aiming gets borked if you want to look ahead (by pressing ctrl I believe), whereas if you're using the stick it won't do that. The stick points to where you're aiming all the time independently of movement, but the mouse pointer has to move around the character, which affects movement and aiming. RedShell Posted August 21, 2014 Share Posted August 21, 2014 I had no choice but to play through most of Hotline Miami with a controller, as some weird glitch prevented me from being able to go back to keyboard & mouse. I heard the transition to PS4 has made the controlls a little awkward and horrible, have to check it out myself to be sure. Vita controls are fine. The only difference would be the touchpad and thats just used for auto-targeting along with a couple of other buttons depending on your preference. They seemed to have dropped a bunch of games preorders by £5.00 so figured I would get them preordered now incase they jack the price back up. Tesco has a £5 off £30 spend so you can get Destiny there for £40 right now (with a t-shirt and headset, if that's your kind of thing) Also ASDA are doing the Destiny/PS4 bundle for £329 with a code so guess what... amazon are now doing it for £329 too. I hadn't played Tomb Raider or The Last of Us before owning a PS4 and I was really excited by Watch Dogs. If you're going to get one anyway, I would just jump in when you have that "twitch" moment where a deal or offer comes along and you know internally that it is the right one. For me, ShopTo's price was just right. For you, it could be that white bundle. I enjoyed the shit out of Tomb Raider and playing The Last of Us still (Left Behind). Both have been phenomenal for me and I also enjoyed Watch Dogs. Things are also still very early days and the software is just going to get better.
