Ever wondered why Nintendo have given up on E3 floor presentations.

There is your answer. They don't have the content to do a floor show.

Wii U is dead which shouldn't come as a surprise. Sinking more money into that pit would be crazy.

Well I enjoyed it. I thought it was fun and I liked most of what they showed. Not sure we needed to see quite so much of Mario Maker or Yoshi's Woolly World though.

I exaggerate, but I was expecting more :/

What's worse is how you almost mock people who expected it to be bad and in your way you make out "obviously there'll be more than that"

Yeah, that was awful.

Star Fox seemed great until they revealed the gyro controls.

The only thing I'm looking forward to is, still, Mario Maker.

Fuck me, that was just awful. It's like they knew what people wanted, and then butchered it.

Metroid? HERE, HAVE THIS CHIBI SHIT AND MINI GAME THAT SHOULD BE F2P.

Animal Crossing? LOL, RESKINNED MARIO PARTY FOR YOU! WE HOPE YOU HAVE AMIIBO!

Nintendo had the worst main event for once. Fuck me.

One of the worst things they've produced..really shocking. After they've released so much good stuff over the last couple of years, to show Metroid, Zelda and Starfox in such bad states was so disappointing. Starfox looked absolutely terrible and the gameplay looks forced.

We did however get a Mario Tennis game (Hopefully it will have online play) and a new Paper Mario title (although again, on the wrong system).

I think it's clear at this point that they have moved development resource over the NX. I just hope they are prepared for next year, unlike with the Wii U where all they showed was ports and NSMBU.

That was the worst E3 presentation I've ever seen. Literally one new game shown for the Wii U - ONE!

The whole thing was padding and talking and massive sections given over to games we already knew everything about, the Yoshi section was unforgivable.

The most lamentable though, was the final 6 minutes - no new or big reveal. Just a load of back patting about 30 years of Mario. Utter introspective shite.

This was beyond disappointing - it was a disaster.

No franchises arriving on Wii U - No Metroid, F-Zero, Battalion Wars, Wave Race, 1080, Pokemon, Advance Wars, Excitebike or any of the other big franchises.

No indie games.

No third party games.

No cross overs.

No partnerships.

No plans for DLC for exisiting games.

No VC plans.

Just naval gazing and meaningless chat about games we already know about. What they have done for 12 months is beyond me - other than trapping that woman in a closet and forcing her to knit Yoshis for a year!

This is an all time low!

I cant believe it man. That Metroid game was a kick in the knackers.

My Wii U will continue to collect dust until Mario Maker and then again until Zelda comes out.

Feels like the second year I have said this, but what are Retro Studios doing?

Do they even exist anymore?

The motion controls on Star Fox are fine for me - they work well enough in Splatoon, but looks like a Wii/Gamecube game.

Worst E3 Press Conference Ever!

We don't even need to create any new threads, bar Zelda 3 player.

Oh and Mario Tennis with Giant Mushrooms edition.

I agree wholeheartedly. Nintendo have completely lost it and they're finally gone and lost me. Screw their next console, it won't be worth buying.

Not the best E3 thing, not the worse. Star Fox looks awesome, so that alone makes it better than Microsoft's poor showing this year.

How you can call Microsoft's showing poor is beyond me ::shrug:

I just don't understand how you can say that.. Microsoft's conference has made me think about getting an Xbox One, it was that good.

No talking, just game after game, with plenty of them exclusives.
