Molly Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Mega fail. Just had a case where a grandaughter is trying to get her grandmothers money. (She will when she dies anyway but blah) anyway, I saw her attempt at getting it with a form she forged her name and signature on.....PHAIL when you're forging and don't know how to spell the name you're forging. Megal lol @ how shes not getting the money. Molly has spoken to her directly. Yeah. Hopefully she won't ever get it because of the attempted fraud and all. Uber bitch.
EEVILMURRAY Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 How was she trying to get it, forged cheque or something?
bluey Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 fucking snooty customers........ o______o and molly/rez - that's awful!! how would she be able to get the money if the woman is still alive anyway??? O_o
Gizmo Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Just finished up a good game of poker. Came to the table with $115. Left with $14470. I should play for real money.
Twozzok Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Just finished up a good game of poker. Came to the table with $115. Left with $14470. I should play for real money. Playing with real money is a totally different game then playing with play money.
Katie Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 I'm going to see a recruitment agency tomorrow. Should I go fully suited up? Got to be better to look smart. This place has a lot of temp contracts so hopefully I can get some more experience doing temp jobs until I find something good.
Gizmo Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Playing with real money is a totally different game then playing with play money. Yeah I know. Just thought it was pretty cool that I gained that much! But yeah, the game changes when it's real money. People are a little more careful :p
Ganepark32 Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Just got back from Uni about 20 mins ago. Very tired. That walk from the train station to my house is a long and tiring one but it's also very serene, wind blowing gently and the sun hitting your face. 'Tis why I like it anyway. Makes me forget about how tiresome it is until I get home. Anyway, finally met with my advisor of studies to sort out my degree change and he said it should be fine. Had to go and speak with someone in the school that I'd be changing to but have to arrange an appointment to meet with the secretary of said school to get the change complete because I'm moving from a BSc to an MA. But glad the ordeal is almost over. Will still be taking psychology but I can sort of not really give a damn about it as much as I have this year and perhaps I'll do better than a D1. Also inadvertently found out I've passed my English exam for this semester with a high B. Advisor wasn't supposed to tell me that as the results haven't all been sorted for everyone. Not really caring though as I'm super happy with that. Bought a couple more CDs when I went shopping (think I'm up to 20 in the last 2 and a half weeks now. A bit ridiculous really) and also had an amazing ice cream from the Marble Slab in Dundee. A bit expensive for a cone but it was totally worth the £5 for it. Not the best mango ice cream I've ever had (had that in Portugal where is was just so fruity and.... it was sublime really) but probably the best I've had in the UK.
EEVILMURRAY Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 I've decided that, in order to potential progress my career in the potential sector that may or not be videogames journalism, I might as well read some of the game related books I bought to use for my dissertation. The first chapter of the one I picked was boring as fuck, but I hope it goes into proper analysis [http://www.amazon.com/Unit-Operations-Approach-Videogame-Criticism/dp/026202599X] Because I knew I'd probably get pr0 distracted if I started reading in my room, or indeed downstairs. I retreated to the caravan. Wasn't bad. Might be a future secluded spot from now on.
Daft Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Now exams are over I have nothing to do. Pretty boring. Just sorted out going to Passing Clouds on Friday night. Daft; great idea for a twitter - I'll check it out as often as I can. Cheers! It's quite fun. Hope it's actually worth the 3 second read.
Columnar Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Well I've had a fantastic day:mad: Some bitch has frauded me - I have become a victim of Debit Card Fraud. Said bitch has stolen £108.48 from my account to pay for cosmetics from a VERY dodgy looking website and the worst thing is, is that it was 20 days ago and I've only just bothered to actually get a Mini Statement. I'm so frickin mad just now :mad: Going to the bank tomorrow to close my account and open a new one and hopefully start the process of getting my money back.

Coolness Bears Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 I've been reading the Fairy Tail manga this evening and it reminded me of the comradery of Knee and how great a community this is. So I made this! You can pick who you think which one of the characters you are. :p I haven't posted in here since last Thursday maybe. Wow, much has happened. The last day of schooll (sort of) was great. I was smiling the whole day it was just such a warm atmosphere. Everyone was in high spirits it was ace. Then I went out for Chinese that same evening which was delicious. It is so awesome the way the guy chopped the duck up with his spoon! I also had a BBQ on Sunday where my nephew and Sister came round which was insanely fun. Spent most of the day in the garden in the thomas the tank engine tent. Which is surprisingly comfortable though I felt like Alice in Wonderland when she gets too big for the house! He is also came round again today as well (well last Night to be exact) He is the greatest nephew ever. seriously. There is no competition!<3 He is hilarious as well. Anyway between all this chaos and madness I've been revising each morning as I haven't forgotten I still have A2's. Tomorrow I'm going clothes shopping. I need to hunt down some pink laces. gah! So I will come back looking even more sexual then usual. you have been warned! ___ All this has happened at yet none of it compares to... RIDING IN THE BACKSEAT WITH A TORTOISE. : peace: That is just dangerous amounts of win!
Pyxis Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 (edited) WTF???!!! I'm home alone this week because my mum is in Cornwall on holiday. I was just sitting at my pc in my bedroom in my underwear (like u do) and I heard this man shouting "hello!!!!" downstairs.... I thought somebody had broken into my house. I rushed out of my bedroom expecting a confrontation with a burgular (in my boxer shorts) and there was a policeman half way up the stairs..WTF?? I was ready to kick him down it. He got in through my back door as it was unlocked and they came into my house because apparantly somebody reported that "it should have been boarded up or something" and somebody was in it (me, in my own home???). I've only been living here for the last 22 years of my life. The police are a bunch of useless fag*ots, im sick to death of them! They didnt help me in the slightest when I was attacked a couple of months ago and now they are breaking into my home! The irritating thing is that he told me that I should lock my door in the future because somebody could break in....who the f*ck does he think he is? My back gate is padlocked and he must have jumped on a bin to get over our fence. Why should I lock my back door when I am at home? What a w*nker. One of them was a woman and she was out the front of my house starting on my neighbours for letting their dog out on the little grassy area outside the back of their house. Their dog has been let out in that area for the 10+ years of his life and there are no roads at all. He is an old, senile and well trained dog that has never caused any trouble or gone out of that 15M2 (?) area. Their back gate is open all of the time and they are always at home. Who the hell do the police think they are? When I saw him, I thought they were doing a raid coz they suspected me of doing something like downloading child porn or drug dealing..sheesh! He looked at me as if I was a criminal. BTW, I was also wearing a tshirt! Edited May 27, 2009 by Pyxis
Jimbob Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 Had a chill-in night today. Did skip between the Champions League final and some other stuff. Its been an ok day to be fair, not the best as usual but still alright.
jayseven Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 BISH is finally up. Just so happens that there are three other forumites in my flat as I did it, and they all got rather excited about it Getting my thinking hat on for future playground activities... Daft; I'd add you to my twitter watchlist but I never use it. I'll click on the link in your sig every day or so Katie; I'd say 'smart casual'. Going to an interview where everyone is casual and you are smart feels awkward... Coolness Bears; Is that little puppet-sized dude cool? I'll be him! Riding with the tortoise was indeed cool. Didn't figure so many people'd think so He, along with the 'ex' are coming over for teh weekend. Giggity :P Pyxis; that's... odd :| do you mind me asking if your house looks desolate from the outside? Once, in Leeds, a policeman woke everyone up in the house at 1am to tell us to shut a 2nd-storey window 'in case of burgulars'. Ass. O Great Chris; the past few months that you've had with your parents is basically my nightmare that I'm looking at facing shortly. Living with parents just... doesn't work after a you're adolescence, and before their second childhood. Further gaming is on the cards tonight. Tomorrow = pick up tickets (damn you DHL!), sort flights/ferry/train out for germany, get tortoise tray thing, tidy room, maybe help flatties out with their BISHing... Can't think of what else to do. Been having strong urges to model with clay. I know what Freud thinks of it. Lies, I say. Might get some tomorrow if I can find a place. Friday = x11 final (zomgzomg), ex and tortoise's arrival, bbq and night out. Old mate from halls in first year (he was in his third) is coming down tomorrow/friday for the bbq, so should be... alright to see him again. He is the source of one of several 'in-jokes' that me and shorty will doubtlessly reminisc about when we're old and grey. Shotgun accuracy. Oh, yes. Anyway! Bye.
chairdriver Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 I'm still completely in joyous love with Calum. I've reached the stage where I don't care if it reciprocated or not, I just love being around him. Oh yeah, day 2 of X-Men Mafia is open. Post, post, post!

Once, in Leeds, a policeman woke everyone up in the house at 1am to tell us to shut a 2nd-storey window 'in case of burgulars'. Ass. That also sounds silly. We have just had our kitchen and dining room walls plastered last Friday and there are no blinds on the kitchen window at the moment.. It does look odd. They got the wrong house. I live at 275 and they were supposed to go to 175. We logged a complaint, but they're obviously not going to do anything about it. It did upset me a lot after the hard day I've had. A colleague is off with a broken leg and I am having to do 2 different jobs this week. I also came home to find that cypressbooks has sent me my new Chinese textbook, but havent sent me the DVD I paid for because the item description is longer than the box on the invoice and has (with DVD) cut off the end.... Someone with common sense. My back gate is padlocked and he must have jumped on a bin to get over our fence. Do you think a burglar would have any problem jumping over a fence? Why should I lock my back door when I am at home? What a w*nker. Cut the bullshit, you think everyone should leave their doors unlocked if they're at home?

EEVILMURRAY Posted May 27, 2009 Posted May 27, 2009 (edited) I myself am not best fucking pleased. My boss was being a right utter cunt today. I think he's still being a spiteful prick because I went over his head over him not paying me proper minimum wage. He ordered some drinks, one of which I poured using some excess from the drip tray [An illegal practice but something they encourage] and whined about how flat it was [if you used 5+ minute old beer it's always going to end up flatter than straight pints] and started complaining at me saying I can't pour proper pints. This is bullshit because he barely takes any notice of how I work [complaining that I went outside once to have a pack of crisps when I cover the other two employees when they go out for a ciggy every time I work with them, and he said they didn't] I mentioned his pr0 "recycling" technique and he was asking me to say it closer to him, as if he couldn't hear, but he knew he could, there were just people at the bar he didn't want people to hear he was breaking the law [again] I started acting like my co-worker Hannah who pours the contents of the drip trays in the sink, something which I should've done a long time ago. And acting like an emotionless robot all night. I started drinking whilst working [Not an uncommon practice] and felt the need for a kebab, but had no monies. So I asked the missus for monies but didn't want her waiting for me after work as I just simply wasn't in the mood for any form of interaction [sORRY BABY!] And after finishing work, the boss mentions to my coworker and myself that "there's still stuff to do" [even though there is, he went a right prick way about it] whining that if it wasn't done tonight it would have to be done in the morning [no shit?] despite the fact we do tasks which aren't really in our description to help those in the kitchen. Yet he kept looking at me with a drunken gaze [naturally he drinks when he's not working, and even when he does. Sitting down with friends drinking his head off, stepping up when someone walks to the bar], which was returned with a stone cold gaze full of scorn. But rightfully my girlfriend left without giving me any monies, since I was acting a massive dong to other people, thus I got a pizza from the shed. Do you live in East London? Get real! I don't live in East London, is it safe? Must be if it's commonplace to leave doors unlocked. Perhaps you should take your TV and try to jump over a 6ft fence with it. The TV in my room one might have problems with, but the one downstairs would be quite mobile. You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Evidently, I wish I lived in a buglary-free area. I did hear him in my house. I should hope so if he shouted "Hello!". I don't think he was going for the stealth approach. Edited May 28, 2009 by EEVILMURRAY
