Nintendo eShop new releases (week 08) The eighth week of releases. A selection of new titles are now available on the Nintendo Switch eShop. Check the article for the full roundup. - - - - - Nintendo don't seem to be putting out the eShop highlights any more on their main page, so I just picked out five of either the best or most interesting titles, as I don't see the point in highlighting the clearly average titles. Let's hope the lack of weekly highlights on the official site is just a sign of how lacking in discoverability the current eShop is, and that it's hopefully being worked on for Switch 2, especially with the upcoming withdrawal on gold points, so surely something better has to be on the horizon? So 5 months after the digital release the physical version is available, and in keeping with the original release, it’s buggy and needs an update… I understand that the carts were made months ago, so the initial issue the game had were present, but is it common practice to manufacture carts so long before release? Genuine question as I don’t know and if so then surely it leads to issues like this, when on the face of it consumers must surely want to have everything ready to go on a physical cart (more so when a game’s been out for a little shy of half a year). -
These skins are neat and all, but it's just making me pine even more for that big gameplay update. I just want the new gameplay content at this point now. -
So now Balatro is just as bad as Super Mario 64 DS and Pokemon RBY/GSC. Good to know. Still, a victory is a victory. Gonna start giving EA FC games an 18 rating for their real life gambling PEGI? No? Thought not.
