Now I've worked out how to read it, I want one! :awesome:

I understand how to read it, but it would still take me longer than just looking at an analogue/digital watch. Plus it doesn't have seconds. Disgraceful.

 

I myself am going to waste a massive amount of monies on a Spike coat. Assuming I don't find one ready made beforehand. Anyone know any decent leather coat stockists?

I've just renewed my young person's railway card, or 16-25 card as they like to call it. £26 but I'll definitely save more than that using it this year. I didn't know how many other discounts you could get with it too, might be able to put them to good use.

Get massive powder. But strawbery flavour. Im not convinced i really gain that much weight from it. But it deffinatly helps me to get stronger.

 

You'd probably be as wise to sort out a diet and exercise plan.

 

Today I bought some strawberry Crusha, bananas, apples and a caramel macchiato.

Yeah i cant really control what i eat, get what im given all week. And ive got the exercise covered.

Ive taken this before its as good as any of the dearer brands in my opinion.

Can't agree with you there and if King V were around he'd probably say the same - get some Maximuscle - the stuff you've got is just full of filler and other shit. There's a reason why the other stuff costs more. All that stuff will do is gradually make you a lot fatter over time, especially as I doubt you're doing anything remotely in the same league as a bodybuilder or professional athlete.

 

Also, if you can't have any input in what you're fed then you're probably best off not using these supplements altogether - they usually require a very strict diet in order to be effective and safe.

 

Do what you want though, that's just my input.

Well im training to attempt the all arms commando course so i cant really see putting a great deal of weight on. But even if i do its not a bad thing as i need some to loose during the 10 weeks of hell.
