  1. Primal Carnage: Genesis

The first game on Steam was a lot of fun, although, sadly, there wasn't much of a community. Interesting to see what they do for a single player experience.
  2. Gears of War: Judgement

You don't have a pistol. You basically carry two guns, which can be swapped to whatever is on the ground. Y switches weapons.
  3. Gears of War: Judgement

There is no Horde mode, it's basically replaced with Survival, which isn't as good. >.<
  4. Persona 4: The Golden

Followed up my PS2 review with the Vita one. ^_^ http://darkzero.co.uk/game-reviews/persona-4-golden-vita/ Game is still sooooo brilliant!
  5. Gears of War: Judgement

After playing the single for about four hours, I have to say I really like what People Can Fly have done to the campaign. It feels very "gamey" and arcade like. I love the declassify mods they have going on. I just HAVE to do them and get three stars. I've yet to give up on one, even after a few deaths. Gotta beat them all!
  6. Tomb Raider

I am using an Xbox 360 controller with the PC version, and the QTE button is always a Y after the stick waggling. O_o
  7. Persona 4: The Golden

Each to their own. I personally love them. ^_^
  8. Tomb Raider

Same, maxing it out on ultimate settings and tressFX on. ^_^
  9. Persona 4: The Golden

Main song? There's lots of themes when you aren't in the dungeon, so I don't know what you mean. I never found the music to grate, ever, just so damn good that I always sing along with it.
  10. Persona 4: The Golden

I usually do them ASAP, so I can spend the rest of the time S.linking people.
  11. Persona 4: The Golden

Played this game back on the PS2 and LOOOOOOVED the hell out of it. Playing it now on the Vita and once again loving it so much. Everything about this game is pure amazing for the genre. It felt like I was reuniting with old friends again, man love it. Brilliant characters, great visual style, fantastic soundtrack (that music, so good!) and a cool battle system. Once this is over... I need Persona 5!
  12. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

I wrote up my opinion of the game (http://darkzero.co.uk/game-reviews/metal-gear-rising-revengeance-xbox-360/ ), I love it, but I'm not sure if I feel the combat is as "perfect" as Bayonetta, but in that sense, the combat is also quite different and very focused on the blade, which I do like. It is mechanically a different ball game to Bayonetta. It's amazing that Platinum Games took an idea that wasn't originally their own, and then pretty much made awesome combat mechanics based on it. Top stuff.
  13. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

It is not often I play through a game again right after I finished it, but the gameplay and combat mechanics are so refreshing, clever and unique that going straight onto the next difficulty and seeing how the game has improved you is fantastic. Still not tried Revengeance difficulty yet.. Kind of scared.
  14. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

This game was pretty darn crazy. O_O Platinum Games sure know how to make gamers go "Holy Shit! HAHAA!" and just let you laugh at the madness on display. I was lucky enough to finish it last week. Great time, can't really say much else till Tuesday, but people who like these style of games should enjoy it, along with the ability to stealth your way through some sections makes it a nice change of pace if you fancy playing that way.
  15. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

The familiars level up and learn more moves that you equip to them throughout the adventure. They can also evolve when they hit a certain level, by feeding the familiars their element stone that causes them to evolve to the next stage and reset back to level 1. Although, they grow more as they level up again, due to the evolution. Each hero can have three familiars at one time, and switching between them is really easy, just click L1 and press left and right to select which one. Battles later on revolve around your ability to switch, as some familiars can't even defend, while others are made for evading. For example, on a boss, you can see the boss charging a move, so you would switch in a defence or evade familiar and cast the skill just at the right moment to evade the incoming high damage attack. It's actually quite deeper than what it first seems.
  16. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

Hahaha! Well it's the language of the fairies, so someone isn't bound to sound like him!
  17. Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

This game's voice over work is amazing, mostly because Drippy steals the show with some fantastic - accent rocks (Welsh fairies, what an amazing idea!!) - dialogue and humour.
  18. PC Gaming Discussion

I think nearly everyone has some DOTA2 keys. I got swamped in them and I can't give them all away. >.<
  19. PC Gaming Discussion

To celebrate the new year I played through Syndicate on the PC, heh. It's not a bad single player game, but nothing too great. I love the futuristic style and UI of the game. Got to test out the cooperative next. I hear that's really good.
  20. Dark Souls

I love how arriving in the main world reminded me of the original Legend of Zelda. "ring some bells, GO!" But where?
  21. The Walking Dead

Next episode is out on Friday, if you're playing on PC.
  22. PlayStation Vita Console Discussion

Hatsune Miku! Sorry, just love my music games!
  23. Yakuza 5

Does that mean another March release?
  24. PlayStation Vita Console Discussion

ME! Looking forward to an epic sized Vita game.
  25. Rhythm Thief & the Emperor’s Treasure

Man, in Huddersfield only one store had this, and they only had one copy, as in they only received on copy to sell! That's crazy! Anyway I bought it and I'm really enjoying it. Reminds me of a Layton game but with music focus.
