Tales Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Went to the city today to do some Christmas shopping but I ended up buying some stuff for myself as well. Don't put too much thought on the prices, it's not as expensive as it sounds like. For me: DVD recorder with 80 GB HDD - 145 GBP. Unfortunatly I didn't discover that it doesn't include tv cables before I got home. Hopefully I can find some on Internet. USB SD reader for PC - 24 GBP. I will return the one I bought earlier when it arrives. Alannah Myles and Nelly Furtado: Folklore from the bargain bin, 9 GBP for each, but 15 combined Gifts: Two bird figurines made of glas - 17 GBP together Kung Fu Panda - 19 GBP

Pyxis Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Not the parklife album, I have that. But 2 tickets to see Blur at Hyde park next year. It's been a while boys, cannot wait. For which day? I'm going to see them on Friday. It's a shame that they announced the Thursday gig after all the fans snapped up the tickets for the Friday. It should be amazing anyway! I have 3 tickets for Friday, so I might swap one of them for Thursday closer to July. I found out about the blur reunion no more than 10 mins after buying a ticket to see Monkey on 23rd December at the 02. I am in row E in the centre at the front and the ticket cost me £68! They are now offering £15 discounts for blur fans. poop!
S.C.G Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Sony Cybershot - £54.99 Shure SE110 Headphones - £17.99 Sandisk 8GB SDHC Card X2 - £15.98 All got in Play's Monday Madness deals last week the headphones are quality, camera's pretty good for the price (picture was taken with it, haven't messed with any settings yet, probably took it in the wrong exposure setting or sth but meh) and the cards will be useful when the DSi comes out.
