I'm usually very good at completing any game I start playing, because I know that as soon as you decide to take a break from a game, you're never going to play it again. So then you end up with games like Hotel Dusk, which I decided to take a break from nearly four years ago and had to start over from the beginning when I finally decided to get back to it this year. I could just... not finish games, I guess, but that bothers me more than slogging through a game I'm not really enjoying.

I don't think a single person has discussed the controls in the Wii U threads for Arkham City/Assassin's Creed III/etcetera, and I really don't see how that would be an issue anyway? If I want to complain about how horrible the keyboard and mouse controls are in Assassin's Creed III, I'd hope most people would be smart enough to know that I'm not talking about the Wii U version! And PC players can't play with Xbox 360 players and Xbox 360 players can't play with PS3 players... Can't argue with this, though! My suggestions is still to only have a thread in the Wii U subforum when there's a Wii U version, since (ugh) this is a Nintendo forum. If there's no Wii U version announced, start the thread in the Other Consoles subforum and move it later if a Wii U version is announced. But you're going to do whatever you want, so whatever. :p

'Multi-platform' as in 'games that are released on the Wii U and PC/PS3/360'. Currently (unless this was changed with the shuffle), we get two threads for games that are released on a Nintendo system as well as another system, and it's pretty silly. It just splinters discussion or one thread ends up pretty much dead and is only bumped up when there's a new trailer.

After you've 'purchased' a free PS+ game, you can play or download it whenever you want, as long as you still have a subscription (or if you resubscribe). The first Uncharted is worth playing to get to know the characters, but it has by far my least favorite gameplay in the series.

It sure would be nice if you could marry people off because you thought they belonged together and not just because it will result in a character with better stats, though!

Um, yes they can? Just not usually with each other. And I don't know how important procreation is in this game, but getting married and having kids sounds like an optional thing, so I don't see how having childless marriages would break the game.

I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't make everyone in this game get gay married.

I finished watching the second season of American Horror Story the other day. It's pretty trashy and often tries way too hard to be shocking, but at the same time it's really addictive and I can't stop watching. :p Edit: Oh man, they're making an NCIS: Los Angeles spinoff! A spinoff of a spinoff of a spinoff! That's pretty impressive.

I'm not sure what kind of story you're expecting from a series of platformers, but it's not exactly deep. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to jump right in.

It's an alright game, but if you've ever played a Scribblenauts game before, it doesn't really add much to the formula.
