It seems you don't level up from the number of points you earn, you level up with a scale with 3 points for a win, 2 points for over 400p. Slightly annoying, seeing you'd still make good progress if you were on a losing team and got 1000p, now you could lose with that amount and only get 2 points.

Exciting stuff! I don't want to get too ahead of myself or discuss much about it, but it sounded positive. Contacted me yesterday on Linkedin and e-mail, one phone call this morning, said another guy would be phoning in the next few days (he's swamped with work at the mo) for another chat and then they'd get me in for a face to face interview. Fingers crossed.

Was contacted this morning regarding a reaaaaallly exciting job opportunity. I really hope this one comes off. Man it sounds so good.

I know Dedede hadn't posted at all, but Marcamillian has been very vague about his actions throughout the game. The mafia have potentially 3 people left, maybe 2 depending on how Jonnas has balanced the game. We need to get the right person today so it's time for people to detail all of their actions, I think.

Righty ho guys, I'm back in the game! I apologise in advance if I'm not fully aware of all goings on, so if I have questions, don't think I'm stupid. So I might as well put my cards on the table. So I replaced Dedede. I'm Interpol Agent Lang. I use handcuffs to roleblock people. I believe the mafia have caught onto this, as the last two breaks (excluding break 4 where no-one did anything) they've tried to lead me astray in the form of a mysterious shadow. Break 3 nothing happened, most probably because Dedede didn't send a target, but this break just gone I followed the shadow and ended up targeting Dick Gumshoe - Sprout. My original target was Sheikah, as Wendy Oldbag seemed to be the main suspect from the previous session. Any developments from your activities, other partygoers??

The problem with this thread is that it goes for a while being used for just general Wii U news, all is fine, someone may make a negative comment related to some news, which is fine, but then someone complains about the negativity and it turns to the same "state of the Wii U/why I like the Wii U/why I don't like the Wii U/grey shooters/voice chat etc." conversation that we've had time and time again. Is it really necessary?

Not a forum bug, a main site bug - the reviews section won't go past page 2 - http://www.n-europe.com/reviews/page-3

Inside Out This was great. Not my favourite film from Pixar, I'd rank Toy Story 3, Wall-E, Up and Finding Nemo above it, but to say it's below those doesn't diminish its quality. Such a unique concept, and I love that the trailers don't ruin the film at all. The psychology and jokes in this film are very clever - so much of it will fly over kids' heads. Loved the "thought train" and the deja vu jokes. Will be re-watching for sure. Southpaw I've decided to try doing some video reviews for the movies I see. Here's my first, take a look, feedback (and subscribers ) very welcome! Since running the marathon a few years ago I've really lost my motivation to run and have lost pretty much all my endurance. Really need to get back into it, it's really frustrating because I used to love it, now I struggle to keep my legs going. Think I'm going to join a gym again - I always used to prefer street running but thinking I need to mix things up a bit to get my body back into shape before hitting the streets again. Wanting to lose some fat and gain some muscle too, so thinking of trying some free weights - any tips? Only used the other weight machines before, and usually just stuck to mainly cardio. Going to start cycling more too rather than bussing/driving/tubing. I've always had a relatively healthy diet but I've just been too lazy these past couple of years.

Today was probably the most exciting race for the last couple of years. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of incidents, plenty of racing, not a boring Mercedes walkover. More of that, please.

I got it this morning!

Let's hope that Mr Plow joke isn't getting old...

I remember when you were 25 and I called you old Now I've reached it! I like the Arsenal pun, 10/10. Thanks for the messages guys, had a nice day -
Thanks Sam It's pretty relaxing so far! Completed the first world this evening.

Got this for my birthday today Just about to start it, can't wait to be overloaded with cuteness. I must get one of the Yarn Yoshi amiibos, but for now I'll have to make do with Link and Captain Falcon Yoshis!

I haven't spent anything for ages - I think the last thing I bought was Wii points years and years ago. Still got 8750 stars to spend! But was sad to see I've had 1500 expire in the last few months. Should have kept a proper eye on it. Are we expecting anything else cool to come onto it before the end of Sept? Definitely going to go for the MK8 pin badge set, maybe one of the soundtracks... I don't tend to listen to them much though! Maybe the game case? I'm awful at decisions!

I reviewed the first one for N-E, then picked up the double pack, but never got further than the first level of Bayonetta 2. Must go back to it at some point, the gameplay was fun, but I too wasn't that bothered by the story/theming of the game. I am also not very good at it - get the stone award nearly all the time!

Got my highest score earlier, on the Kelp Dome. 1770p! Didn't get a pic though. Ultimately, Splatfests are sadly limiting. Sure, run them for 24 hours, have random teams only, but have it as an option in the lobby alongside the standard normal and ranked, for if people want to play with friends or on the other modes. I like how it mixes things up and makes it nighttime with different music, with a special reward scale, but to close off the rest of the game is unnecessary, and to spend the time levelling up the splatfest tee to have it taken away is frustrating. I join the others in saying hopefully things will be better after the next update.

You say 4 years is enough for the Wii U owners Ronnie - what if someone has just bought one now? They won't be happy that a new console is coming out so soon. People don't expect a console to become obsolete that quickly. As I've said before, I really think they just need to ride out the Wii U until rumblings of a new generation come about. Sure, release a year before the others, like the 360 did, but make sure it's to the standards that developers expect. The Wii U has been a commercial disappointment, for sure, but continue to make great games for it, lower the price and maybe it'll have a relatively healthy, but less than stellar life. I don't think releasing a new console in the next year or two is a very good idea unless it's somehow so amazing and original that it'll capture the imagination of the entire general public like the Wii did. That's a very unlikely scenario, and a massive risk to take.

Ted 2 Not as good as the first, but still had plenty of laughs. Typical Seth McFarlane Family Guy-esque humour. Plus it had Amanda Seyfried in, which is never a bad thing. Terminator Genisys (2nd time) After watching it the first time, I started watching Sarah Connor Chronicles again, and the TV series is so much better. I actually sorta enjoyed Genisys, but the plot makes absolutely no sense, and the film actually has no shame in it having a nonsense plot, it openly admits it. Kyle Reese actually does nothing of use in the whole film. It might as well just been Arnie and Mother of Dragons. Also barely any point in J Jonah Jameson. It really is a shame, as the originals are some of my favourites. Ant-Man Really enjoyable. There's a lot of talk about whether it'd have been better directed by Edgar Wright. Maybe it would have, but I wasn't disappointed with this at all. Michael Peña's character was great, the action was a nice change of pace from your usual Marvel fare - no crashing spaceship/island/meteor that must be stopped! Liked how it tied into the MCU too. Will watch again. I hadn't actually played a full Kirby game other than Epic Yarn before today. I'd played bits and pieces of various games, but @Glen\-i's marathon inspired me to delve into the series a bit further. I started off with Kirby and the Amazing Mirror - the only other Kirby game I own! Got it on the 3DS through the ambassador programme, had only got 11% into it before. Today, I completed it! (actually to 75%, didn't find all the goodies.) I believe Glen-i said it was his favourite Kirby game during the stream, and it is a lot of fun, and certainly very different to most of the mainline Kirby games - its structure is actually more like Metroid! While not too hard, the platforming and transformations were fun and the mazing world provided the biggest challenge - my main criticism is probably how hard it is to find the maps. But the bosses were easy due to the ability to call 3 other Kirbys to your aid. Yeah, it's probably cheating and I should have beaten the bosses properly by sucking in their projectiles and firing back, but it was still fun! (I used Glen-i's method of poking the final boss, definitely the most effective way!) I can imagine it would be quite fun in multiplayer, which is clearly what the 4 Kirby system was designed for, but otherwise, it felt a bit out of place. So, recommendations on where in the series to try next? Won't be rushing into another straight away, but would like to know where to head when I come back to Kirby

Have to say it looks quite poor from this video. The animation is so bad. I guess it's good to have something a bit different to the norm on Wii U, but it's definitely something that'd probably pass under the radar if the Wii U's release list wasn't as sparse.

I just watched it for a second time this evening. After watching it the first time, I started watching Sarah Connor Chronicles again, and the TV series is so much better. I actually sorta enjoyed Genisys, but the plot makes absolutely no sense, and the film actually has no shame in it having a nonsense plot, it openly admits it. @Glen\-i Great live stream you're doing. Pretty entertaining, you guys know your Kirby! Do you sing that song every single time you play Kirby? The only Kirby game I actually own is Epic Yarn, may need to try one of the others. Only played demos/Kirby 64 round a friend's house. I won't be donating today as gave £10 to Cancer Research UK a week ago for some friends running the Race for Life, but really respect what you're doing and hope you smash your target.
