Quite enjoying this so far. More so than Hyrule Warriors actually. Hyrule Warriors felt a bit overwhelming on content.

Interesting. Quite a few years behind Quake Live and Battlefield Heroes. But with the lack of a proper Unreal game combined with the other F2P games in the current craze being MOBA style, it might be timed perfectly.

I agree with you actually. 60 is always better than 30 but when you play something for years at 30 and suddenly you play a version at 60, its jarring. Ala Halo MCC, and Gears Ultimate edition.

Not exactly a "good thing" but best place for it and a cool thing regardless. I saw an old school Ford GT today. Good condition but an ugly yellow color. Tried to get a picture but while driving, a good pic wasn't happening.

Quite agree with this. Well said to @Sheikah as well. I'll make a real post to the thread finally as well since its called down from the...interesting somewhat heated start. I think Iwata did a fine job, frankly a great job with what he had to work with. I can't say if he was a good or bad business man because I have no knowledge of that essentially. But, he became president after the GC and GBA had launched. (Two of my favorites) and then he directed the company into an uncharted area with the Wii. The Wii had some of my favorite games, from Nintendo and others. But it was not my favorite console to play on. Frankly I dislike the controller post novelty. Yet it still sits in my living room hooked up all the same. Regardless of what any of us think the console was a great thing for Nintendo. Even as an anomaly, it made them money, and they had set out to go for new gamers and they got that crowd. If even only temporarily. That much was good for them. Banking on lightning striking twice with the Wii U, not so much. I personally think its a great console. I enjoy being able to play on the smaller screen actually and have my TV doing something else. I initially tried to support 3rd party releases on the console but they became sparse. Cue me going back to PC and PS4 for 3rd parties depending on the game. Handhelds. Well i love the DS and 3DS (non xl ftw) I'd be willing to double dip on the new 3DS if they'd just bring the non XL to the states ffs. I do say I love them but I've never played them in public and frankly I don't play my 3DS half as often as I think of playing it. I still haven't finished OoT or MM even I just get aideteacked by doing other things. Basically regardless of what I think of his choices on a personal level. I do think that Iwata did the company well in the short term. Some decisions may pan out to be good in the long term but I think its only a little early to tell. When their next console comes out I think we'll have the answer to whether certain Wii brandings become staple releases. Though I'm guessing no. And for what its worth you naysayers of Sonys handhelds, I love my Vita and neglect it just as much as my 3DS. The PSP...yeah, well good first effort though.

What announcement? I've just got a black box on my phone

Ohhh okay, I gotcha now. You brought up the having awkward doctor conversation and threw me off.
-
Yeah, but unless you have a latex allergy or an incredibly too small condom the side effects are rather non existent. Other contraceptives mess with how the woman's body works, hence the reason Mrs Murr switched from one to the other. So consulting with a doctor makes a bit of sense.

I envision someone jumping from a ship on to a surf board. And then someone on the ship yells do a sweet flip.

I had half a mind to make a joke about the left boob being bigger. As a man, vaginas all the way. Wait, that's not what you meant? To finally be serious. I agree with Goafer, couples should have discussions about things affecting their future. Of course, the implant being nearly as simple to stop (just need to go and get it removed as opposed to not taking it) as the pill I don't see the big deal in this case. Him being drunk and perhaps her choice of words combined and made this into something larger than it ever was. That said, an amusing anecdote about here in the States. A married man can not get a vasectomy without his wife being present for the consult and signing a piece of paper to allow it. A married woman can at any time go and have her tubes tied without ever even mentioning it to her husband much less him being present.

I love LPs when I have the time. Even reading them or screenshot LPs if I'm at work instead of a video. I'm picky about who I watch though. With rare occasion can I be arsed to pay attention to a single player. (Chip Cheezum does it well as he tries to be very informative, but usually he has a guest to help conversations along. Typically I just go to LParchive.org and see what strikes my fancy. Dwarf Fortress is a great read, anything by Chip Cheezum (and general ironicus) is normally good for a watch. And TheDarkId did a FANTASTIC hybrid LP of the Drakengard series plus Nier. Highly recommend reading those. There are a few others but it's late and I'm not going to list everything I'd recommend (unless someone is actually interested) otherwise I'd sound like more of a prat than I already do. And yes, I do watch LPs of games I've played and beaten when the LPer is particularly good/entertaining. Or just nostalgia.

Coming up on 2 months now. So it seems like it.

Gears of War: "Don't-call-it-a-Remaster" Ultimate Edition
Nolan replied to Dog-amoto's topic in Other Consoles
I disagree with that. Certain modes and maps are more suited (I.e. Balanced) to each other. I'm fairly certain the original release had mode restricted maps. -
Granted, to be fair, on my phone so I can't exactly watch it. Also of note that I do love Splatoons' 4v4 multiplayer.
-
Another 5v5 class based. As of yet I've had no interest in any of the rest, so this would have to do something special to change that. Really, I'm more likely to just go back to TF2

Add in a healthy binge of *tv show of choice* and good food you'll feel better.

The game never really clicked for me, but I can still tell you that typically in an openworld game you aren't going to limit yourself or accidentally buy an upgrade and be unable to fix the issue. Like wise all (or very unlikely just most) events are unmissable. You should always have another chance. If you find yourself liking the Open World style give Infamous Second Son a look as well, or Assassin's Creed series (3&4 are on the Wii U also) Just beware starting too many at once. Thats overwhelming.

Excuses excuses, but a decent one. Everytime I've taken mine out my pasty glowinthedark ass gets sun burnt. Long weekend coming up so I'm sure I'll be out tearing it up. I still have an itch to buy things, (on that note you never got back to me on international shipping for the cunt destroyer item) I'm currently eyeballing a 3 speed road bike, the frame of which is 100% Detroit made.

A freakin' Dune Buggy

Hearing that it's enjoyable from SCG makes me happy. It's a game I wanted to turn out well.........now here's hoping it doesn't get cut from coming to the U.S.

I'm late, but I to did a head shavey thing. So for the first time ever, posting in this thread. I just want to fit in.

I think I'd have fun with this. One to keep an eye on.

Better than me. I went back to work today after being off and all I unwrapped was a cooking mixer.
