They've been doing that all generation. The US is the only region where they haven't been upping the price of the console since launch, and the only region that has maintained its initial launch price. They are deathly afraid of increasing the US price, and are happy to rip off the rest of the world instead; probably because it's the only region where Xbox puts up some semblance of competition. -
Now that you mention it, a blood orange and peach drink would be quite nice. Actual drink, not like blended princesses. Just to be clear. -

I see Sony have now jacked up the price of PS+ by an extra $30 over in Canada. Are they just putting prices up everywhere EXCEPT the US? -

I've still been plugging away and I ended up doing some grinding and picked up a couple of special keys. You can use these to go to an arena that has 5-6 King Metal Slimes to take care off. Once I reached level 50 I went to the final boss. Man, that was a slog. The final boss was a real damage sponge and that was even with me being a higher level than what is expected. As for the platinum, I cant see me going for it. There is so much to do in order to obtain it and I'm not sure I have it in me to go for it. The first game had a difficult platinum as well but it was far more fun to play and less of a grind. With the credits rolled, that's my 3rd pledge game of the year done and ticked off the list.
