This basic management seems to be missing Can delete friends by going to settings, where you edit favourite game I think it is. I've been wondering if there was a way to re-order them too, would've been handy. Even if it listed all the online friends first then the ones offline. They got it right eventually :P And at least Nintendo are finally making the right steps to fixing their online system (it's arguably better than the Wii's now).
