I'd recommend watching at least the first film first before playing it. I think the setting, atmosphere and sound design will all be appreciated more if you recognise what it's trying to emulate.

For what it's worth the game clearly takes it's cues from the first movie and is set between that and the second. Traded in my 360 & related goods for CEX credit, grabbed a spare controller & Last of Us with £20 credit left over. Think I'll go back and pick up Wolfenstein and that very BluRay boxset. I spend ages modding Bridge Commander (although a lot of mine were never finished, a few a were awful but some were released). Ordered my internet for my new house. 80Mb download, 20Mb upload. I may now be able to stream stuff without Virgin's awful 3Mb upload cap. @Ashley, it's a bit silly at times, but I absolutely loved that book.
