Babooo Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Bought some books for my upcoming holiday on thursday to NY: I look forward to reading them all!
Daft Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I despair whenever I see anyone reading The God Delusion. I really need to pick up The Kite Runner but I've got a backlog of bloody books... Sadly my edition doesn't look as cool.
Shorty Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 The Mikuru figurine which you obviously placed in the shot intentionally is... way cooler than either of those purchases.
Guest Jordan Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I fucked up my modded PSP, so i have to buy something to remod it.
Ollie Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I have just taken delivery of a white GC controller from Play-Asia for my impending purchase of a Wii and I must say, as insignificant as it may seem, the size of the box is awesome. It is small and oh so cute ^^
Domstercool Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Drove to Ikea near Leeds yesterday. The one on the roundabout near Showcase Cinemas and the such? If so then that's the closest one to me as well
Olympic Gamer Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Ah damn you! I could half do with a couple of cans of that stuff, tastes much better in glass bottles though. You ever tried the mixed berry one?
The fish Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I despair whenever I see anyone reading The God Delusion. Why? It's well worth a read. Actually, as far as his books go, The Blind Watchmaker is much better. ...and I still haven't finished the Koran. I got distracted and started rereading A Short History of Nearly Everything.
Eenuh Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 Bought some pants for 40 euro today. Would post a pic but I'm too lazy to take one. =P Also got this: For 900 Wii points. Fun game. ^___^

Another Toki Tori Fan. It is an awesome game. (and addictive) Actually that reminds me I need to complete it. Might play some of that sometime as well.
Tellyn Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 For 900 Wii points. Fun game. ^___^ Yay! That's my favourite WiiWare game.

Might play some of that sometime as well. Yay! That's my favourite WiiWare game. It is indeed a great game! Completed the first level thing and a couple on the second one. The music is great as well. And I even got my sister to look at the game for more than 10 seconds and she was trying to help me out with some puzzles (but kinda failed). Still, nice to see her not doing the usual "what did you buy again now?" thing (and not in a nice tone).

My friend and I tried our own form of Co-op with me moving Toki Tori and him controlling the Items. :p (It didn't work!) The music is good and really cheerful. I get that "what did you buy again now?" thing as well along with: "not another game" and "Well if you want to spend your money on that..."

Oh and do you mean Bill Bryson's 'A short history of nearly everything? If so, I love that book! I love all things bill bryson!

Kirkatronics Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 yum!! I've never eaten chinese food out of a box like that, or a box at all. Its usually in cartons ready to be poured deliciously onto my plate mmmm
KKOB Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 I've never eaten chinese food out of a box like that, or a box at all.Its usually in cartons ready to be poured deliciously onto my plate mmmm Yeah, same. Just was the quickest thing to find which screamed, and literally says, Chinese Food. Also, it's taken me months to figure out what you're username is. Maybe WarAndChaos is clearer? And yep, i am incredibly stupid.
