Daft Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 (edited) That is honest to God, one of the most vile beards I have ever seen. If I bump into him in the lift, I'm actually going to have to tell him. Edit: FOUND HIM Top of this Guardian article. Fuck, it's gross. Edited July 10, 2014 by Daft
EEVILMURRAY Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Returned the Turtle Beach headset I bought for Mario Kart which I used once and not sure if it even worked, and used the last of my trade in monies, so only cost me £4.
Ashley Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 That is honest to God, one of the most vile beards I have ever seen. If I bump into him in the lift, I'm actually going to have to tell him. Edit: FOUND HIM Top of this Guardian article. Fuck, it's gross. Billy Huxley, you can find him on Twitter if you so choose. He's also got an 'est' tattoo, which is always awful.
Daft Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 One of the designers here told me he's been sighted in the building multiple times. Apparently jaw-pubes has been a topic of conversation before.
Ashley Posted July 10, 2014 Author Posted July 10, 2014 It kind of looks like a chicken in terms of shape/colour.
Goafer Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Due to me suffering from massive first world problems and finding myself saying "damnit, my sunglasses are in my other car" more often than I'd care to admit, I have ordered another pair. And also a belt, because mine is getting on a bit.
Emerald Emblem Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 With this purchase, when my new laptop gets here I'll be investing more time and money on steam.
Emerald Emblem Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Bought myself a Gaming Laptop, my current laptop is on it's way out, I got a GE60 2PC Apache (GTX850M 2GB GDDR5) w/ backlight multi-colour keyboard. £879 Got a message from ShopTo regarding this order. Bad news: The model I ordered has been discontinued. Good news: They are sending me the new model at no extra cost. I think that is a result. No Funky glowing keyboard though.

dwarf Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Only available for a very limited time if anyone's interested: http://www.theyetee.com/ & Regrettably as an ebook. There are references to the reader holding the book in their hands, the fibrousness of the pages etc which made me feel like a morally repugnant person for not owning it in paperback. There have been some exquisite passages in it thus far.

drahkon Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 So bloody expensive But I can't be arsed to keep switching batteries on my Wii Remote to use the Classic Pro. Also: Haven't bought it yet, but if every goes as planned - that is, Gamestop accepts my used Wii - I'll buy one for 160€ tomorrow. And as soon as I've traded in Nintendoland for about 17€ I've spent a total of 185€ on a Wii U + the controller, which is ok, i guess. As I've said in the Wii U thread: Thank god I can borrow games from a mate. If I had to buy games myself...wouldn't have done it. Think I'll order ZombiU from ebay for 15€ next month, though.
Jimbob Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Fancied a new Vita game, saw it in various stores for £25. Shopto for £16

drahkon Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Buy new batteries instead? :awesome: How would that help me? I'd still have to keep switching batteries :p
