Cube
"Warm White" LED Bulb. My current bulbs (those energy saving ones) are pretty dim and yellowish - not to mention how long it took to turn on fully. This one, while expensive, makes a huge difference. I'll be replacing my other bulbs soon. The expense will be paid off by their lifespan, anyway.
Shorty
If I was going to buy LED bulbs, I'd back this Edit: or I would've before they'd sold out

Shorty
You could always get one of the colour-changing ones that come with a remote. But think of the potential with wifi You could have it set so they go off when no devices are in range. Or turn the lights on when you're on holiday so people think you're home :p You could set timers so it slowly dims as you're falling asleep and comes on in the morning when you wake up.
