Have there been any games that you wish you'de played or just didn't but you feel as if you should have done? Or people go on about it being the dogs bollocks but you've never experienced it?

I've never played Perfect Dark. Ever. I played and finished Zero a couple of times... and I can't say i enjoyed it.

Another one is Pokémon Gold/Silver, i've played every one of the other generations but I never played this one. I'm begging for a remake as I don't have anything that'll play a GBC cart and apparently they're the best of the lot.

So.. Over to you guys.

I guess there's always been a part of me niggling away because I never picked up No More Heroes, but I really don't see me buying it unless I see it for a ridiculous bargain.

As much as I wanted to love NMH, i couldn't. It looked shockingly terrible on a HDTV. I also couldn't stand the control scheme.

Killer7 is one of my favourite games ever, but probably due to the storyline and NMH just lacked everything for me. Shame really.

All the 2D Marios apart from SMW and the Japanese version of SMB2, all Resident Evils apart from 4 and probably a fair few others.

Edit: Oh, and I still haven't played Galaxy.

Wow, Jordan. No perfect dark?! I used to play that game, 2 or 3 player every single day with my friends. It may not have stood the test of time and the sequel is a joke, but I feel you missed out!

I've never played MGS3 or 4, the Silent Hill games, Resi 2 (been up to the police station a couple of times but never further), 3 or CV. I've also never played Shenmue 2.

I liked NMH, very stylish game just didn't know what it could do between getting to the next target.

Games that I should of played are mainly oldies. Stuff like Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force, Golden Sun, and no doubt countless others.

Silent Hill series perhaps, it just bores me to tears. Haven't played Portal and HL ep2 yet, but that's just a matter of time.

There are loads of RPGs I should play too (by play I mean, finishing, because it's not like I never touched them), like Baten Kaitos, Tales of Phantasia, Shin Megami Tensei series, etc.

I probably should have played the majority of zelda games, shockingly I have only play tw on wii and zelda on DS.

There's lots and lots of games I should have really played, mostly from older consoles rather than the newer ones.

Although I need to get round to buying okami too..

Loads. Basically anything on the PS1 and most games on the PS2. I was a Ninty fanboy back then and i missed all of their good franchises. Luckilly i have played the sequels to some of them in the past few years, DMC4 for example, and have seen the error of my ways.

Do it! Do it now!!

It's amazing. Couple of things stop it being on par with Zelda, but it's an awesome game.

For me it would be Ico, but I never owned a PS2

I'm actually selling a bunch of games right now, including a few listed here like Baten Kaitos, Viewtiful Joe, No More Heroes and Golden Sun :) Hit my sig if you're interested, I'm not setting prices so any fair offer is game :-p

As for me, I wish I'd had chance to play stuff like Radiata Stories, Chrono Chross, Suikoden III... don't think I'll ever actually play Mario Kart Wii either.

The Silent Hill series, I played the first one and after the lockeroom in the school bit I have not had the nerve to play it again.

Resident evil 2-3.

And a shit load of strategy RPG´s

As I never had a Dreamcast, I never got to play any of its great games, notably Shenmue.

I've also never played Ico, and I really want to since I loved SOTC.

Looking at these lists makes me feel that I have perhaps played TOO MANY games in my life time. I am only really missing out on what is available right now, but then that's probably how I got to play the other games as I would buy them when the console was in the latter stages of it's life cycle, or already dead, and the games were mega cheap.

Shenmue II is the most obvious one that springs to mind. Loved the first one but never played the second, probably wont either, unless the third one is ever released cause it'll just leave me wanting more!

Most of the games you guys have mentioned don't really bother me, I have a rather strange taste in games.

Pretty much play everthing I want now I'm older so I'll take a gander back in time...

NBA Jam: Tournament edition. (Loved NBA Jam as a young lad so I really should have gobbled this up at the time.)

Sparkster: Always loved the look of this yet I never ever got around to buying it. No doubt I'll eventually do it.

Half Life Never played the series. And considering pretty much everyone in college used to wax lyrical about it...feels like I'm the only human to never experience it.

I loved Half-Life and have Half Life 2. Unfortunately, when I played the sequel, it was a lot choppier than I expected (the only graphics card on my PC is the crappy intergrated one). I played it for a little bit, then didn't go on it for 2 weeks. It has never successfully booted since. Weird, becuase I've downloaded a Dawn of War demo, which has exactly the same spec req, and that runs beautifully. So does Counter Strike.

Then again, I have a feeling I may have set the screen res to something ridiculous the last time I played it, and it's stuck at that, thus my PC has said "no no" everytime I try and run it again. And that sucks, considering you can't do anything about that via Steam.

Which is a shame, because despite technical limitations, I would still have loved to play through it :(

99% of N64 games. I went from SNES and Megadrive to PSX. Only got an N64 recently (last few years), and some of the games I've picked up aren't that impressive.
