  1. QFT! Perfect Dark Zero: - basically it's like this... Crap Storyline Annoying Objectives those are the cons... Classic Gameplay - not the same kind of classic as the original but it's still a Rare game and it shows Online Multiplayer - from day one this was here I believe? so Cod 2 was there also but for anyone wanting a decent alternative who wasn't too fussed about COD (like me) it was a fun experience It's far from terrible, but now it looks pretty dated due to being delayed for so long and eventually released in this current gen, doesn't mean that it's not still fun to play every now and then though.
  2. Fuck... RE5 demo? on UK Marketplace? I'm there... *Edit* Ty for that m fergy I'm downloading it now. ^^
  3. So any luck in finding that paper hat yet Paj?
  4. Well those are just the titles that really stand out for me, I can't see myself getting anything else on the list tbh, but shit... 13 games from that list plus maybe another 2... so thats 15 games to look forward to on the Wii in one year, thats a vast improvement on the recent(ish) lack of real quality retail software.

  6. Fucking amen to that. : peace: In other news, I decided to buy up a load of CD's from Play in their 'uber' sale... picked up a shitload of Radiohead for £2 - £4 per cd (some playtrade some new) some classic Elbow for £2.99 per CD, a couple of Metallica albums, Best of Judas Priest / Motorhead and some Queens of the Stone age ^^ should keep me going for a while.
  7. O.o that's £4.99 on there now? can't remember if it always was or not, could swear it wasn't, gonna have to go through their CD sale items I think and have a 'browse' because thats a bargain, I allready have Songs for the Deaf which I love and Lullabies to Paralyse so will pick that up for sure.
  8. Meh ignore it, they probably didn't give it enough play time, most people can see that even without playing it, it's most likely a 6 at worst 8 at best.
  9. I think it's valid as they made it in lesser quantities than the original suit and I just much preferred it to the original one, they are both awesome though. Samus - Gravity Suit So as an alternative colour scheme it's good plus they allready have the moulds for the statues so they might as well make limited runs as well as the originals, even the Zero Suit Samus has a limited run which includes a light-up base, I'd considered getting that too but I don't really have the room to keep any more statues lol so I chose to limit myself to two, besides they are quite expensive, even though they are so worth it. [/L'oreal]
  10. Tapedeck... you composed both of those tracks? I really liked them some excellent piano playing there along with some decent vocals, awesome stuff. ^^
  11. I don't know why I hadn't posted any pics of these yet, I've had them for a while now, anyway... Samus - Gravity Suit Fierce Deity Link Needless to say I'm very pleased with both firgures as they are just awesome.
  12. Hmm it's not that I dislike In Rainbows, far from it, just that it's a stark contrast from how they were and how they are now, I definitely prefer earlier Radiohead, OK Computer is easily one of my favourite albums, In Rainbows has it's good parts though, hmm maybe I need to listen to it more Idk, generally though I find that if I really love an album after first / second play of it (Ok computer) then well that makes it better for me whereas In Rainbows I feel is more of a 'grower' album, anyway, nice to see some Radiohead love. : peace:
  13. Happy Birthday Dyson! ^^ hope you're having a good time, heres something for your amusement. : peace:
  14. It really is a beautiful track I've been meaning to get the album that it's from as I've only heard it through games and on Youtube, I actually have no idea if the rest of the album is as good but it's probably worth it just for that song alone, one album of theirs I do love though is OK Computer as for In Rainbows though... :/ Anyway, so that now makes it... Fake Plastic Trees - 6 Call me - 6
  15. Personally I'd rather watch films at home, there are very few films I'd bother to go and see at the cinema, maybe it's because the only two cinemas that are near where I live are run down and overpriced... Idk but it just seems logical to me to get it on dvd (I'm not too bothered when I see new films) or rent it, save money and watch it on a screen with a decent picture and a setup with decent sound (the bass is always distorted in the cinema) plus as a bonus you can guarantee you won't have some irritating sod sat in front, behind or beside you. So yeah I still prefer home cinema to 'real' cinema but maybe thats just me... *shrugs*
  16. Hunters I can understand because as technically impressive as it is, it's still a mess in the way that the single player was designed, but Prime 2 was excellent, not as good as the original as it was kind of spoiled by the drabness of the dark world and some cheap boss sections but it was still decent, Prime 3 easilly pwns it though.
  17. Yep it was fucking awful that bit, fortunately there was a life or two you could grab each time which meant you could effectively retry it infinitely... I lost count of how many triew it took me, anyway, now that I've beat the game lol I feel like I can beat virtually anything lol. So I decdied to go back to Sonic 2006 >> because I gave up barely halfway into the Shadow levels because of some glitched part I could never get past, but looking at it in a different perspective now I managed to get a lot further and the game, dare I say it, isn't that bad... Yes the engine is clunky in comparison to Unleashed, yes it has a horrendous (but controllable) camera and pitfalls aplenty but some of the actual levels are fun, anyway I just want to complete all three storylines because I never properly got a chance to do so and I wanna see the final boss :p but yeah it is surprisingly playable after those were-hog sections in Unleashed, also 2006 feels a lot more like SA3 than SU ever did IMO.
  18. It is a decent Sonic game, a lot of the were-hog bits did cause frustration through glitched combat and horribly paced jumping sections, a reasonable amount of the were-hog bits were still playable though. The Sonic sections were sublime, the best they have been in years and provided a lot of enjoyment, I did beat the game in the end and I have to say I really enjoyed the proper final battle, to be fair there isn't a lot they can do that hasn't been done before but what they did do with it they did well and made it worth playing through the game to get to it... yes even that godforsaken final were-hog level section. >< If Sega take all the good Sonic bits, get rid of the crap sun/moon item collecting requisite, make a more accessible hub world that you can't die in and a load of other things that I could probably start a whole thread on then they would have a truly amazing Sonic game, instead of one thats merely 'good'.
  19. It's good... but looking back it just wasn't worth paying full price for thats all also what do you make of their new single Dyson? Ulysses... I believe it's called, tbh I wasn't sure on it at all. :/
  20. ^^^^ well those are worth a pound I guess, regretably I paid full price for that Franz album years ago. :/
