Congratulations, @Ashley. I've reached the end of the Spanish course, but I know that I'm basically going to be redoing things oooover and ooooover until they stick. Conjugations are a pain. Comparing it to other languages, this might be an area where I think Dutch actually is easier for me. Tense and conjugation wise, it's not too tricky. It's just the word order that fucks me up.

Hmm, a bit disappointed it won't be out for Christmas. Could have potentially been an @Eenuh christmas gift. Also, still want the first game to be made available for PS4.

That's annoying. There should be an option to 'restart downloads automatically', would be quite useful. I'd use it.

If your download failed and then automatically restarted, could it potentially be stuck in an endless loop of download started - download failed, etc?

Not a fan of all of these live action remakes that seem to be popping up. Do we really need a live action Lion King?

Has anyone here seen The Leftovers? One of @Eenuh's family members gave us the boxset for season 1 and 2 and I just loooooove it. Season 2 in particular is incredible. Any other fans here?

Tempted to hop on board with this. Could do with a racer and there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of top quality choices there atm. Either this or Wipeout.

So...I was just jumping from the Duolingo mobile app to the desktop and noticed that High Valyrian has now been added! I've had a quick go just for funs. Quite enjoying it!

The game looks stupid but fun, and I could definitely see myself having a good time with it after watching some of those videos above. Buuut, that price killed me. Would've been tempted if it were in the £10-17 bracket, but I don't see how there's enough there to justify it being £30+.

I really enjoyed the game but the "story" mode bit was pretty shit towards the end. It just went full-retard and didn't make any sense. Plus, the final boss fight was just stupid and it jumped up with a huge difficulty spike that was simply not needed. The core game is great, though. It was fun getting to play as the other animals and seeing how long you can stay alive for. The toxicity definitely pissed me off. I managed to play it on PSNow and I enjoyed what I played of it. But, I've definitely had my fill and wouldn't double dip for it if it were on the PS4.

Good update for me. It was quite annoying how you'd navigate to the trophy section and then have to wait a few seconds for it to sync.

The Meet isn't going to be possible for us this year, I'm afraid. Had a fantastic time last year and it was awesome seeing a mixture of new and old faces. Good luck to all those going and we hope that you have a fantastic time.

I've gone back to Duolingo for Japanese and am making better progress now due to being muuuuuch more comfortable with Hiragana and Katakana. Kana Town has helped a lot there, @drahkon. Can anyone recommend a good Kanji learning app. I'm using Kanji study and am just finding it too convoluted to use properly. My Spanish has definitely improved over the last week. A lot of stuff has come back to me and I'm getting better with my tenses.

Happy birthday, dude!

I've given the app a try and it's pretty good. I've been focusing on Hiragana to begin with and I'm scoring 20+/26 when doing the tests. There's just a few symbols here and there which are messing me up.

I have to say that I'm loving the look of the forum now. I really like the recent posts bit on the right hand side and I also love the activity log that can be found in your (or on other user's) profile. The whole forum just feels very sleek and modern. I never used the quick reply function in the past, but I find myself using it as the default way of posting now.

I'm getting the hang of being able to read the Japanese words and make the sounds. I think having to read Arabic as a kid has helped with that. The next bit is remembering the information, which I know will come with time and repetition.

I've already got Until Dawn digitally, so that's a bit unfortunate. Still, it's a fantastic game for those who haven't got it yet, although it might have been better saved for Halloween! Looking forward to Game of Thrones. I've seen it cheap before and I almost bought it, but it just didn't intrigue me enough to make the purchase.

Baywatch and Jumanji look like absolute dog shit. The Rock is becoming the new Adam Sandler.
