My one issue with Suarez is his big game temperament. He has a tendency to be anonymous in big games. I barely noticed him during the 2-0 game at the Emirates. Doesn't really matter how long Ramsey has sustained his level for, we're purely talking this season. You can't really compare the two though anyway, Ramsey is a midfielder who does everything, Suarez a striker with the ability to regularly score sensational goals. I do't really care what anyone says, there isn't a player in the league this year who has been better than Ramsey. I'm not saying there hasn't been players of similar pedigree but no one has sustained his level of play, he literally hasn't had a bad game, whether in the League or Europe.

It's apple and oranges trying to say who the best player in the league is. I'd go for Ramsey because i'm biased but then Suarez has been phenomenal as well. Suarez will always get the votes though because he's a flesh eating maniac and Rambo is just a quiet guy from the valleys.

This game is fucking awesome. Total fanboy overload.

The deadliest done properly works the posterior chain and unfortunately it's the king of it's type for that exercise, there is no bettering it. That said, don't do it on a Smith machine, that basically defeats the point of the whole exercise. The squat works the legs in a similar way but not really the lower back. You could do some good mornings which are pretty decent for the lower back as well as deadlifting with dumbbells.

I've just been far too busy lately to get the gym, so I've been doing some workouts at home and doing some more running. Quite enjoying the break from the gym but i'm a little limited in what I can do at home at the moment, not much else besides press ups, core work and some dips. Might invest in a workout mat and kettle bell to spice things up a little. Really don't think i'll have the time in the next few months to consistently hit the gym.

Yeah, i'm gonna make one and actually stick to it this time.

I absolutely agree with it being illegal for someone over 18 to purchase alcohol with the purpose of giving it to a minor, good job law. Now what is totally fucked up is that fact you can't sell an age restricted game or DVD to a minor but they can quite happily in front of you call over an overage guardian and have them buy it for them right in front of you, whilst smiling like a fucking banshee. There shouldn't be any disparity in age restricted items, whether it's alcohol or a game. They're both age restricted for a reason.

Came across my Gamecube yesterday. This got me thinking back to how much I love that console, probably my favourite of all time. I truly did love Nintendo during that era. Then they went and realised the fucking Wii. I haven't bought a Nintendo product since.

Unless you know someone, you'd have to be extremely lucky to get a one bedroom flat round here for £500. Going rate is usually at least £650.

Miles late to the parted. I bought S1 on Blu Ray a while back and have only started watching it, 4 episodes in so far an it's a bit of a slow burner. I don't dislike it, I suppose I expecting a bit more from it. Hopefully it picks up a bit as the season progresses.

Somethings won't change though, Spurs will still be shit I'd echo what was said about driving, they're mental over. Their definition of parking is vastly different to ours.

So basically it's a game that looks amazing and plays fairly average. The Killzone series in a nutshell. I'm still getting it.

Surprised this has turned out so badly. Echo @S\.C\.G thoughts, can't justify spending £50 on this. I only need one turkey for Christmas, and this one doesn't fit the bill. Sad though, thought this had a lot of potential.

We were poor today, beaten by a corner. We weren't sharp, our passing and movement were far too slow. That said, Chesney didn't have anything to do and Dave and Thomo were solid, we played like Tottenham in the 2nd half, owned the possession, did fuck all with it. Still, I'd have taken top of the league at this point in the season back in August.

I hope AVB has corners down for training next week, never seen a game where one team has failed to beat the first man on so many.
