  1. On the flip side, my two sets owe me nothing, they have had plenty of use. Different strokes for different folks.
  2. At least the bongos look like they are going past 3 games worth of usage, which was a worry when I bought Konga originally. Nothing worse than storing useless additional hardware with the intent of only using it occasionally.
  3. It could be an interesting concept this one. I love rhythm games and its nice to see them getting a remodel on the Wii. The one I would really love to see though is an all new Space Channel 5 (Little chance though)
  4. Go for double vodka and cokes or just do a load of Smirnoff ices...
  5. We are travelling down that sword in hand road then with the Wii....a bit uninspired, but who knows, carving Z's into everything could be a laugh.: peace: SmaFF...Now that term is a bit cryptic to me. Does that mean it will have little longevity or be a barrel load of short levels ?
  6. 1. Invincibility of myself and all those dear to me. 2. The ability to shapeshift. 3. The ability to master any skill.
  7. I dunno why the backdown from the comment....Bush (and Blair) are the biggest threat to world (and UK) peace. Back on topic though If I did wake up and world war 3 had started, I would just try to survive by whatever means necessary....or I would just fuck off back to bed.
  8. Bowling wins it hands down for me especially pulling a 99 pin strike on some unsuspecting opponent....Priceless.
  9. Needles, medical procedures (my visit to the hospital the other week was fun all the way....not). A variety of bugs including spiders and centipedes: (Not for the faint hearted.. and did I mention these 'little lovelies' are being brought into the UK and also finding their own way here....sweet dreams). How the hell you get through mealtimes ? Sandwiches all the way ? 8-P
  10. Whatever the default level is usually.
  11. Super Mario Kart will always be my favourite...... The amount of hours in both single player and multiplayer I got out of that game was obscene.

    Heatseeker

From the trailers it looks like a decent arcade style blaster. It would be a whole lot better with some multi and online options though.
  13. Pointless, but it cant be any worse than the home made steering wheel: http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/24/homegrown-wii-steering-wheel-proves-disgraceful/
  14. Ditto.... Notable: Isopropanol (500ml) and a bottle of Ouzo, both unopened....May have a cocktail later if I can find the domestos.
  15. Gradius 3 was a good shooter (although it did have a few slowdown problems). Dont remember if it was an official UK release though, had mine on Jap import. Desert Strike was ok too.
  16. My Star points are just sat there rotting anyways. As it stands there is nothing worth 'spending' them on, so if I can get a few VC games with them I will be more than happy.
  17. Godzilla was a birruva laugh on the GC....The toe stomping attack was pure comedy genius. Would like to see Mothra and Spigor being playable (although I reckon they would be the most shallow characters ever....but who knows 8-P ).
  18. Mario Party Wii-Loaded !!!!111 Not FTW...
  19. Not true... I have a few pairs of prescription designer sunglasses. Not that I ever use them. One thing I have found is my eyes have become more sensitive to UV light over the years whilst wearing contacts. Sometimes sunglasses are impossible to go without when then sun is out. Hard lenses I only had one experience with many moons ago, they tended to be smaller (cornea sized) than soft lenses and as their name suggests made of a hardish plastic material. Soft lenses are bigger and tend to cover the whole of the iris....they are mostly made up of water, this can be a problem they are more open to trapping infection if proper cleaning regimes are not adhered to. (ie. Getting in pissed up and removing a lens then dropping it only to find it stuck to your foot or arse 1 hour later, then having to clean and rehydrate the thing.) Dailies FTW for me
  20. Quality.....Nice one.
  21. Again I could only echo my other comments of the more games, the merrier. Some all new old school style Gradius games would be nice, but unlikely to ever exist because they dont have the wow factor required for sales these days. If there is one thing I would like to see it would be for Konami to concentrate on some type of rhythm game that was unique to the wiimote.
  22. Cheers, and Keep em coming if there are any more....gives me something to read up on in my spare moments. The rental service idea I may have to look into if I can get it at the right price....Now we are back into the new year I dont know if I could get my vfm from such a service. (back to the grind, grabbing minutes from here and there etc)
  23. BARRY SCOTT is a legend. If you liked Cilit Bang hardcore remix, try Calm down Dear (e-sure: The Remix) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydL3yDG-ci8
  24. Talking to oneself is apparently a sign of madness. I stopped when they put me on medication.
  25. Im sure they had SPO the following year back to back with the original cabinet. At the time the closest home version you could buy in the UK (Not sure about other territories was Frank Bruno's Boxing by Elite on the Spectrum....Blatant rip off even down to the characters Forgot about that one....I couldnt see a reason for it not getting a release, boxing is 'western' enough to consider it seeing this side of the world.
