I would argue that X has a terrible world and awful character development. Party interactions do happen more frequently though and are made to have more of an impact. XII certainly didn't have great party characters and zilch on development as well. The overall world I found to be far better and more interesting. Gameplay wise I think they're both pretty good for different reasons though I think XII has more to do. Or more that I find interest in perhaps.

FUCK YEAH. Played the shit out of this before but never finished it and couldn't really get back into it with my current means. Picking it up on PS4 will be perfect. I don't recall all the details but it's something silly like not opening certain chests early on. I don't even think there is a clue. It's just a huge fuck you move for not using a guide basically. Even Drakengard didn't do something that dickish...though Nier does. I'm on a tangent.

Not used in game, but a great use of the music all the same. Saints Row 4 has a few set music tracks that are well done. Aerosmith in the intro, later on characters jamming out to Just a Friend.

To be fair with their trend of backwards compatibility a new handheld shortly after new games isn't much of a big deal. And it definitely makes sense to release Pokemon on the handheld with the larger install base even though it is a system seller, there are plenty who can't upgrade just for it.

I can give the Midwest American perspective on highway driving. Don't indicate, speed like mad, and make rude hand gestures at anyone even slightly annoying. You can ember up and summon a few NPCs to help out with the Pontiff. That's what I did to get past him. I am not gitgud yet.

Up to Pontiff Sulyvahn...changed my mind and went back to the Smouldering Lake. Which I completely messed up. Turns out it's pretty easy to just roll under the worm and waltz on into the Boss room. (I did hit the nearby bonfire first though) And then I royally murdered the Old Demon King on the first attempt. Honestly not a tough fight at all, now to proceed through the lake backwards before I go back to Pontiff. No clue how close to the actual end I am yet. Only level 62. Gotta try and do what I can before going back to nightshift come Monday.

And today he published a review for Battleborn with the same score and in italics a note saying it's exactly as good as Uncharted 4. I find it refreshing.

Are you familiar at all with Warhammer 40k? The Dawn of War series is a excellent RTS set in the 40k universe following a chapter of Space Marines known as the Blood Ravens. Standard RTS fare but with fun grimdark stories. The original games were pretty standard, Dawn of War 2 was a large step up in production and story telling, though the RTS moved away from base building and towards small squad control. The expansions went back towards Base Building. Relic also handled the Space Marine game if you're familiar with that at all. It's just an action game in the universe is all, and no Blood Ravens.

Basically, fuck yes.
