  1. I just assumed he did it on purpose.
  2. He's a dick, he may be right, but he's a dick. He's a dick for ratings, people love or love to hate him tearing into people. Of course, some people need a truly blunt and rude turn down to accept the fact they aren't any good. Most probably don't need him doing his best to make them cry.
  3. Genius. A little dumb that people wrongfully incarcerated will not be receiving any amendments to their sentences though. Of course, I don't know diddly about the UK justice system.
  4. The two are nothing alike for turning. Most (all) people can't hold their hand/arm completely still while holding the wiimote, which makes turning in a smooth motion harder than a mouse where the mouse is resting (sorry my nephew wanted that) on a solid surface. The other main difference is that the bounding box for a mouse is literally non-existant in most games. A slight move moves the camera, higher sensitivities allow for faster adjustments. Wii pointer controls allow for percision over Analog, but they falter when it comes to turning until you can get use to them. Which will differ from person to person.
  5. I bought it, but haven't had a chance to play it yet (other than the demo before I had points)
  6. Oh settle down, no one even likes the letter 'S'. It outta be Demon Oul, or Demon'z Zoulz.
  7. PGR falls in the same lines as Dirt and Grid, a mixture of arcade and sim handling. Burnout is even more Arcade than Sim than those three...well it's practically all arcade. Just to throw this out there, alot of these games have demos on XBL so give em a try to see if you like them before buying.
  8. SATA is faster and allows for better cable management. As for Motherboards only supporting so many double sided DIMMs...I've never heard of that. Oh, did a search and now I see why. Since it's Micro ATX, they only managed to get 4 slots on the board by pairing them so close to each other. Makes sense now.
  9. Cheap doesn't entirely refer to price. It refers to brand as well.
  10. What is the card? If by chance it's a 4800 series ATI, the fan speed is notoriously low(20%) which results in extremely high temps. If that is the case, you can go into Catalyst Control Center and easily up the fan speed to something more appropriate like 50-60% but that will make it extremely loud.
  11. Dual....Layered RAM? I have no idea what you are talking about. Do you mean Dual Channel RAM? Dual Channel just means that two sticks of RAM work in unison to provide double the bandwidth and that doesn't work in all slots, but if you go single channel and fill all slots it should be fine. Any RAM that is DDR2 is Dual Channel, DDR3 comes in Dual and Triple Channel kits too.
  12. Well poop on you I didn't know. *sulks*
  13. Until you get a Video Card I think a simple 400W will do fine. 400W is probably more than enough, but it never hurts to make sure, with a DX11 Video Card (evergreen series) I'd say at least 600W if not more. All of your other parts are quality though.
  14. Unfortunately it seems it's published by Microsoft though...
  15. The Onboard graphics of that board should be enough for 1080p if I remember the review correctly. If you're unsure, or if after the build is done the onboard aren't enough, a cheap card like This would do just fine for HD, not games though.
  16. I think Shino means to say he won't ever have a 360 and therefore won't be able to play.
  17. Haven't bought it yet, but the demo was great.
  18. Well, Oblivion plays very similar to Fallout 3. There is hope though as I've read from people that hate oblivion love Fallout 3 and vice versa, some people hate both and others love both.
  19. To what? PGR? PGR is great. @Moogleviper, R6V2 is quite inferior to the first game actually. Still fun, but not as good.
  20. Halo 3 is great for online Co-op. Rainbow 6 Vegas is great fun alone or online. The games other people mentioned too. Also, Bladestorm if you can find it. I quite liked it.
  21. To be fair, the Fallout series isn't JRPG, and did you enjoy Oblivion/Morrowind?
  22. Actually Shadow Tower was released in the US too. It's hard mostly due to odd controls (first person before analog) but neat and fun.
  23. I think that's kind of irrelevant to him.
  24. Well then, I stand Corrected.

    DiRT 2

Played the demo, LOVED IT. Looks so great in 1080p and there are lots of little details that I love.
