You mean to tell me that you aren't here just biding your time until you are rich enough to wipe us all out, and possibly try to run for the US presidency with a penguin?

Trailer for the New Zelda game may be released in October
Nolan replied to canand's topic in Nintendo Gaming
:cry:You make me sad. They started offering the 1st and 3rd person perspectives with Morrowind which the Wii would have little to no trouble handling. As for running Oblivion, I know it's possible(I think) just simply for the fact that the engine is very scalable. On PC I turned everything as low as it would go and it basically was indistinguishable from a PS1/N64 era game until you looked at a person. Character models were still passably good. Trees were paper sprites and there was fog after about 10 meters. Of course, Link's Combat is a bit more varied than just some swordplay and bow/boomerang action. We're always jumping around and rolling, so it'd be a tough transition, but I don't think impossible. -

I will not go to NeoGAF, so if it weren't for people like Dante, I wouldn't see half the shit that comes out of there. Good or Bad, I don't know yet. -

If anyone knows how to do 1st Person Adventure, it's Retro. -
Yes, I think it could be a good discussion if we continued it. We just can't continue it in here.

They probably realize that, but I'm guessing that the limitations of Nintendo's Wi-Fi network makes doing this correctly rather hard. At least ending the game and bringing everyone back into the same lobby is a step in the right direction.

Ah, well I won't spoil anything for you, but you should go play through Defiance.

Completely irrelevant to my question. I'm wondering why they'd remove it, not whether or not it's a good feature that people like.

Open those programs one at a time and check whether or not they keep your memory in use after closing. If not, open them all up or in pairs or however until you find the combination that uses all the ram even after closing. After that, open up taskmanager and look under Processes(first Priority) and Services(likely not needed). Find the culprit and right-click End Process/Stop Service. If you can't tell what a program is by the info Taskmanager gives you, Don't Close It! If you do, it'll generally be a BSOD, followed by restart and you should be okay, but it's better to just not risk that. Generally though, the descriptions are fairly useful in telling you what everything is as opposed to the processes name. Like Avast is names ashWebSv... This won't truly fix the problem, it's more of just a workaround to avoid restarting. It's what I do for my memory leak with my Audio, it'll leak upto 1GB at which point my audio quits working, so I just end it and restart the corresponding services, much quicker than restarting like I use to.

Rather than further derailment, I'll stick with I think that could make a good discussion.

To be fair though, how much of a Villain is Kain? In a way he is terribly selfish and evil, yet....he had a plan in which the end result could be better than if he was selfless.

I'd like to change my vote to Killface.

Wut? Any Idea exactly what they mean by this?

>_> I know you're just joking, but it's not like I wouldn't want to goto the UK it's a matter of funds and time and all that jazz. Think of this too, I've driven from the North end of the US all the way South, and from Michigan to the East Coast, The distance traveled just in the US could easily be construed as being similar to driving from Scotland to France and over to Germany. The difference being I'm crossing State Lines in a Country not Country Lines on a Continent/Island/Channel. Also, the countryside may differ more than what I've gone through. It really all looks the same other than flat or hills, although Florida is jungle. Out West though really starts to diversify from what I'm use to.

errr Yea...I'm 2 hours from Canada and never been there, just the US and Bahamas. Although, living in MI, I just got back from a trip to New Hampshire on the East Coast, and I've been down to Florida. This is usually from Driving. So I've seen a chunk of the countryside.

>_> This push for 3D is plain dumb at the moment. IIRC there are about 3 different ways to accomplish 3D, at least 2 of them require the user to pay a absurd amount of cash for the appropriate TV and Glasses. It's all well and good until the industry decides against the idea as a whole or changes technology leaving you with the proverbial betamax or HDDVD.

I believe I said very similar statements
