Charlie Posted August 19, 2006 Author Posted August 19, 2006 *scrunchyface* Cheap? Yeah. Looks good... nah. I just buy accessories from there, socks, gloves and that. And will buy a hat when I start painting but as far as actual clothes. Maybe it's just my one which is really cheap @moria, does that t-shirt have like bits sewn onto it, aswell as the random blueness. if so i got it too, so good taste.
Mokong Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 I wear pretty ,uch what i want and don't care much what people think I have abour 5 pairs of jeans, 3 black, 1 denim and 1 criminal damage Most of my t-shirt i bought at concerts i've been too then there's the custom videogame/anime character t-shirst i get made in the philippines Shoes: I have two pairs, a pair of 3 year old Vans (black) that are looking really old.. i recently had to super glue some of the rubber back on i plan to keep them for a few years yet cuz i think the cost of shoes these days is a joke, then there's a pair of "office" shoes i have for work. For work (travel agent) i wear "office" pants, a shirt (either black, blue, light green is what i have) and if i feel like it/can be bothered to put it on i might wear a tie.
nekunando Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 ..most of my stuff is from Primark ..but I'll maybe try to post a couple of pictures later.. I'm happy with my 'style'
shaq365 Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 Several pairs of jeans, a selction of t-shirts from various sources, a few shirts for going out, a couple of pairs of Vans and yesterday's arrival...
Guest Stefkov Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 i wear what i want. if i see something i like, which is rarely then ill ge it but half the time my mum buys me my clothes, shes the one who does the shopping all the time. however i am wearing my ankle size all black converse a lot lately, before that it was my nike all black fake grass turf trainers. i only wear green trousers for some reason my wardrobe only has some different coloured trousers other than green. i hate wearing any accessories, chains or anything, they do my head in. sometimes, find t-shirts i really like, and hats only happened once in a while, it was a pic of donkey kong throwing/rolling a barrel, ill get apic in a sec. found it in tk-max for £13. and thats the best £13 ive spent on a t-shirt. i like my plain but ice t-shirts:
Blackfox Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 Yeah, I just go with the flow. Most of the time I'm found in jeans and teeshirts, then a hoody for the winter. Shirts are occasionally worn, mainly when i go out though. Oh, and i like wearing my suit, makes me feel all rich. The best shops out there are the cheap ones - H&M, TKMaxx, Primark etc. Fashionable yet not breaking the bank.
Ashley Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 Letty just triggered what your dress sense reminds me of, River from Firefly/Serenity. Dresses with combat boots. Anywho, speaking of clothes I need new ones. Plus, im currently wearing a girl's army jacket cause I was at my friend's house and it was raining and it was the manliest thing she owned.
Zell Posted August 19, 2006 Posted August 19, 2006 I'm not really too fussed about what I wear, I just buy my stuff from TK Maxx. Jeans and t-shirt are the usual attire, at the moment I am wearing cricket whites.
Johelian Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 (edited) Im an H&M whore this year. Absolutely love their range. Having said that, Im currently wearing a Threadless TShirt (Pillow Fight) and Jeans. Ill wear pretty much everything at one point or another; I dont think I have any particular "style". I do draw the line at the glam stuff like bright red PVC belts and stilettos though that thankfully seem to be going out of fashion now. Im extremely attracted to unusual shoes, jackets and handbags, and I buy them everywhere. The last pair I got were some punky looking wedges from Office, which have stars punched out on them and orange stitching. Very purty. I trawled around Mallorca the last two weeks looking for a decent pair of knee high cowboy boots with some kind of funky patterning, but came home empty handed. Im a nightmare to shop with since I wont buy anything without trying it. I adore shopping for clothes; its just a shame my bank balance doesnt... ________ LYME DISEASE FORUMS Edited February 16, 2011 by Johelian
Ashley Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 I miss H&M. Perth doesn't have one. Mhm, my nearest one is Birmingham (well nearest male one). Which also leads to Oreo buying. So I tend to try and stay away.
Ashley Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 Looking for some clothes (again). Looking through Topman's sale but everything I want isn't in XS or S. Meh.
The Bard Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 I just got a new Thundercats Tshirt from HMV, so I'll be wearing that a lot Jeans + Gig Shirt + Any Trainers usually do it for me.
somme Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 I've bought hardly any clothes in 8 months, (when I came here). They're all way too expensive and not that attractive. Luckily though no one has any of my clothes. Although apparently not many people wear the collar up and not many men wear pink!
Ginger_Chris Posted August 20, 2006 Posted August 20, 2006 @somme you obviously havent walked around oxford when all the posh students are around. anyway i my own form of rebeliin i refuse to pay more than £20 for any peice of clothing. except a suit. t-shirts, no more than a tenner. some peoplehave more money than sense. my £1 t-shirt does exactly the same as one costing £50+.
Adrian DX Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 I'm gonna get some new shoes soon.. Right now I've got these Macbeth Regal Low's: They're awsome
Kurtle Squad Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 .....What?! You might as well make them white sandals with socks pulled up to your knees, while you're at it!!
Eddage Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 Looking for some clothes (again). Looking through Topman's sale but everything I want isn't in XS or S. Meh. Know exactly how you feel, at least Topman do XS though, most places don't! I found a really nice t-shirt in there sale, XS was out of stock but there were some S's left, came back a few days later when I had money and they were gone as well! Do you know any other online shops that do XS?

Do you know any other online shops that do XS? Most of my XS shirts are from a pack I bought from ebay. Only other one I can think of is one I got from TopMan (which last year was tight, and now its looser. So either I got skinnier, or the top got baggier.)
KKOB Posted August 21, 2006 Posted August 21, 2006 primark and TK Maxx are evil!!! i will gladly murder any friend of mine who buys jeans/trousers/tops from there!!! i love H & M and TopMan-i found quite a few XS in H&M in Manchester on Saturday so i HAD to buy them!!! Selfridges is pretty cool too, i seem to wonder round there for hours not liking TopMans new stuff TBH-its a lil boring-all the stuff is the same and its annoying. i really want one of those zelda shirts from Gamestation but i need at least a small which is like impossible to find!!! ebay here i come . . . again!
