Wesley Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 What the fuck is that gif? I don't even know who it is. I hate internet gifs. I saw a film called... Apollo 13! Great film. Space/10
jayseven Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 (edited) I love how that gif just totally sums up everything you said. The title alone would make anyone make the exact same expression. That's why it's my favourite thing ever, and I said I wouldn't use it as it annoyed Jayseven or something, but I promise that it wil be brought out if I ever have to see a film AS bad as that. Since, as you say, it sums up how I feel about the film. Feck. What did I say I'd do? Warning right? I'm dealing with it. sweet on the 'dealing'. Shame about your ignorance SKILLZ Well, I'm not sorry. I'll try to never use it ever again. Hard. I am dealing with it. That's great. This post is way better than it was when we spoke as two. Edited August 24, 2009 by jayseven it was ugly and I fiubar.

Ashley Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Internet gifs are the scurge of those too boring to think of a way of expressing themselves. Same with picture replies really.

Daft Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Why limit yourself to one medium? It's silly to assume you can get across any message with just words. Check out the lyrics thread. Text has a visual aspect to it so why negate the power of images. "A picture says a thousand words." Even when you talk to someone face to face, words are just half the conversation.
Ashley Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Sorry maybe I used it too much as a definitive, often its used instead of bothering to express yourself. Murray, your obsession with me is getting worrying.
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Murray, your obsession with me is getting worrying. Don't bullshit me sport, you're loving it. But anyways, I watched a film. Silence Of The Lambs I have to say I found this film... meh. I think I overhyped it in my head after hearing all the positive things about the film. I liked it, but I felt a little unfulfilled. Plus it's got Jodie Foster who I still need to slam, I did make her a promise. Seven Shabba's
jayseven Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 (You sure you didn't have sex with her already? Because she turned gay.)
nightwolf Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Inglorious Basterds. One of the best films I've seen in a while, even brad pitt was reasonable in this film. Funny, witty, definately worth watching and generally I felt like I actually engaged with the film rather then sitting there watching cgi for two hours. 10/10
Ellmeister Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURN. I just really felt like adding something from scrubs again. Best I could do!
jayseven Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Ok, right. I feel like being stupid and going to the cinema for two or three films today. Anyone ever done that?
nightwolf Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Ok, right. I feel like being stupid and going to the cinema for two or three films today. Anyone ever done that? Yes, its perfectly fine to do, fun almost, just make sure you grab alot of foods.
Mundi Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I´ve done that once and found it a bit weird. It was TMNT (and I did not know that it was CGI) and Hot Fuzz which at the time I had no idea what was and thought it sounded like a gay porno. A night filled with surprises. Also semi on topic but my goal in life now is to beat my parents record of going to the cinema seven times in one day.
Ellmeister Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 But films are so much longer now? Back then 7 films probably meant 8-9 hours. You could be looking at an opening time to finishing time of the cinema trip!
jayseven Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I might put off the double-trip for a few days... Don't want to do it by myself and don't know anyone free all day I'm sure I've been to the cinema twice in one day at least twice, but for the life of me I can't remember any details at all. Grindhouse almostsorta counts, right?
EEVILMURRAY Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 (You sure you didn't have sex with her already? Because she turned gay.) That was because she knew every man afterwards would be a disappointment, so she thought she'd try the minge. Ok, right. I feel like being stupid and going to the cinema for two or three films today. Anyone ever done that? I'm fairly sure I have, mounds of fun I think.
Goafer Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Ok, right. I feel like being stupid and going to the cinema for two or three films today. Anyone ever done that? I used to go and see 2 films every Friday back when I worked a 4 day week. It was good fun. A cinema card helped.
Coolness Bears Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Inglorious Basterds. I really enjoyed this film. Completely different to what I expected. better? probably. a solid 8/10
ReZourceman Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Inglorious Basterds. I really enjoyed this film. Completely different to what I expected. better? probably. a solid 8/10 Hmmm, suprisingly apt.
Daft Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I hope the sheer size of the the poster traumatises you because this was one of the worst films I have ever seen. It really was. maythepowerofchristNOTcompelyou/10
Paj! Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 I was gonna watch that, but we all went to G.I Joe instead. G.I. Joe Quite bad, let's not lie. But then, I had just seen the actual worst film ever (no exaggeration) last night, and this was fricking hilarious with my friends. We just ripped the shit out of it. The fact the Baroness wasn't even a good assasin, needing glasses and not being able to jump as well as everyone else. Hilarious in a bad way/10
Daft Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 So you're saying it was Swank? It was so bad it doesn't even deserve to be made fun of. A breach of human rights, if ever I saw one.
Coolness Bears Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 The Reaper is awful. true facts. I lol'd most of the way through.
