Anyone know it there's an option to have the PS3 power off once the download completes, or does it just do that anyway?

Ni No Kuni is big/long(Not sure I came even close to finished) but it's pretty awesome. I'd only worry selling a game like that so cheap might lead to too many people throwing it aside too fast!

Everyone else needs to imitate Steam, as their sales are amazing. :awesome: Both have their place - but one of the bigger things imo to note with Steam and things like this - who's buying the game that really wouldn't have otherwise? I imagine quite a few people(look at everyone's vast and unplayed Steam libraries) - those sales are in some ways pure profit that wouldn't have occurred otherwise. If you sell 10 copies at fiver a pop that you never would have sold an alternative of otherwise, that's a fresh £50 of revenue you likely wouldn't have seen otherwise. It also goes towards competing with people buying used/secondhand where you see none of that money either.

That's easily the cheapest way to get the game and it's brilliant! Finally got it myself recently. Completely 100% playable without any knowledge of Japanese (even if most of the story/characterisation may be lost on you sadly, the menus and where to go and such are all very much self explanatory) and is pretty obviously never getting a western release on PS3 or 3DS at this point unfortunately Still, it's a great game and perfect if you want some simple and uncomplicated shooty fun with some Monster Hunter style trappings (there's a demo for you to try out on there too ) The other JPN only Capcom games on sale are Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (PSP and PS3 - pretty much pointless if you have MH3U though), Mega Man Legends 1&2 PSP (very not import friendly mind you!) and Ultimate Ghosts N' Goblins Kai (an enhanced version of UGNG that we never got in the west that significantly rebalances the game and is 100% import friendly) Edited August 9, 2014 by Dcubed

It's probably going to be the opposite actually. I mean, a good game is a good game, but I'm pretty sure part of why I was so into AC4 was because I was expecting it to be a bit shit. But it's still better than Doge.

Wait until you get full control over where you can take the boat and have some experience using it before you judge it, I'm sure you'll really enjoy it then.
