EddieColeslaw Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 I completed most of my Christmas shopping over the past few weeks! I like to get it done by the end of November.
Cube Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 Yeah it should be ok. It's a bit stupid that they say "default" rather than leaving it blank. Hopefully the seller has some common sense, if not then the postman should be able to sort it out. Most (if not) of the sales I've had through work's ebay (due to some automatic thing) to Ireland have all had "default" in it. Hasn't caused any problems.
jayseven Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 I think "Default Dan" is an excellent username @dan\-likes\-trees @Dannyboy\-the\-Dane @Dan Dare @Daniel (too many dans)

Eenuh Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 I'm early this year, normally I wait until the last two weeks or so... but I just finished all of Jim's Christmas shopping, yay! Now just to start on my family's presents, but they don't have a list yet. Plus I have to figure out how to get it all in a suitcase on a plane (which I still have to buy, my bank account is weeping). =P
Magnus Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 I'm early this year, normally I wait until the last two weeks or so... but I just finished all of Jim's Christmas shopping, yay! I guess that means he's not getting a Wii U!
Eenuh Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 I guess that means he's not getting a Wii U! Yeahhh that is a bit above my budget. =P
Fierce_LiNk Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 I've not bought any Christmas presents for anyone. Scrooge, Scrooge, Scrooge.
Magnus Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 Ine's Christmas present will be getting to play Nintendo Land with Flink on his brand new Wii U. But only for a while, then he has to get back to ZombiU.
Ellmeister Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 I bought my sister the Rihanna album thinking it will be a great present. Lo and behold her friend has given her a download of it =/ It is just sitting in my room now - sending back to Amazon would lose me £1.49 of what I paid. Stupid sister.

bob Posted November 28, 2012 Posted November 28, 2012 Went shopping in Stratford Upon Avon yesterday. Got my sister Modern Family Seasons 1 & 2 boxset. She hasn't seen them before, but i'm going to let her know that she does like it by giving her the dvds. Got a friend a cake pop baking tray thingy. She's into baking so she should like it. Bought my gf a dress from Jack Wills. She knows about it which is a shame as usually i like to buy surprises for people, but she really wanted it, so at least she's happy.
