Sméagol Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 That was indeed interesting. Too bad it was only his first article!

darksnowman Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 I knew that first method with the truck was a myth but I'd never even heard of the second way- if I was ever to replay one of the original Pokémons, I'd try this out. Back in the day, I got Mew onto my Red from trading it from a friend who had an Action Replay.
Hero-of-Time Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 A brief history of videogames, freakin awesome!
Sméagol Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Haha. First I thought it would just be a summary of names.. But they had me at # "Virtual boy, what's in store? A nintendo 64!!!". Some funny things hidden between all the names.
Jonnas Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Love that video. So nostalgic for so many reasons
nekunando Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 I find that guy quite difficult to watch.. and not particularly funny
Jonnas Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 Oh, Mega Drive, how I miss thee. Still kicking the competition's arse, even after 15 years.
Patch Posted February 17, 2011 Posted February 17, 2011 (edited) Check this out. I had tears rolling down my cheeks at the end of it, so funny! Edited February 17, 2011 by Patch
darksnowman Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 (edited) I had tears rolling down my cheeks at the end of it, so funny! The whole level was evil but the end was just sick. Just watched this. Top ten annoying things in games. I caught it on Gametrailers but I'm posting the Youtube version as user content from GT doesn't embed on here. Its a decent watch for a user made movie. Edited February 19, 2011 by darksnowman Switched to Youtube video
Patch Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Amen to cheap difficulty. Unless it has Dragon's Lair-type deaths of course. Nothing more annoying than playing a game on a harder difficulty to find that all it means is that they've made you more susceptible to damage and the enemies less susceptible.
Sméagol Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 I guess this is the most appropriate place to post this:
Ronnie Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Check this out. I had tears rolling down my cheeks at the end of it, so funny! Oh how I miss that ending gate + fanfare
darksnowman Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 GT have started a new video series called Level. You’ve entered Level, where GameTrailers deconstructs the best moments of the best games - and sometimes, the not-so-best games. Dungeons, bosses, maps and more, we’re pulling out our cosmic highlighter to stress the best. Honor the best moments in gaming - starting with Kuribo's Shoe, the iconic suit from World 5-3 of Super Mario Bros. 3 on NES in the premiere episode of Level!
darksnowman Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 GT are churning these out at pace. Level brings you back to the one of the most legendary levels in gaming history: The Arkhangelsk Dam Chemical Weapons Facility from James Bond's epic adventure in GoldenEye on the Nintendo 64!
flameboy Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 GT are churning these out at pace. doubt it will last tbh
Sméagol Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 I'd say picking a "best" moment in SMB 3 is futile. That episode is completely redundant. Go pick best moments for games that aren't great in general, for example, do a feature on the first mission of the Mission: Impossible game. Or the first level of Star Fox: assault.
darksnowman Posted May 7, 2011 Posted May 7, 2011 Why? (10char) Cos he's an old cynic. :p I'd say picking a "best" moment in SMB 3 is futile. That episode is completely redundant.Go pick best moments for games that aren't great in general, for example, do a feature on the first mission of the Mission: Impossible game. Or the first level of Star Fox: assault. True, true. Though I found it interesting cos of it being the middle level in the game etc.
