Best customer complaint letter ever?

He got a response from Richard:

Paul Charles, Virgin’s Director of Corporate Communications, confirmed that Sir Richard Branson had telephoned the author of the letter and had thanked him for his “constructive if tongue-in-cheek” email. Mr Charles said that Virgin was sorry the passenger had not liked the in-flight meals which he said was “award-winning food which is very popular on our Indian routes.”

That letter cracked me up. Pretty much everytime he said "Richard" I burst into tears.

 

I could imagine my friend at work (Vanden) saying it. Love it.

 

PS Vanden is the guy who in JandMChron New Year Special, the guy who says "Film what Jamieson?! Real life. People don't need to watch YouTube for that" sarcastic and dry tone. Love it.
