My workmates son has a big lump on his neck that was causing all sorts of headache related pains. He's getting it drained (swollen glands). Its extremely unlikely to get cancer there (as a primary cancer anyway.) ^^ But still get it seen to asap - swollen glands can be serious if you let them grow and interfere with blood supplies etc.

Thank you!

A reassuring note is always appreciated. I'm always subconciously planning my own funeral if anything seems awry.

I did (before I looked it up) think it would be an odd place to get a properly dangerous/cancerous lump. And It kind moves around with the rest of my neck..insides? tendons whatev, so the swelling makes most sense (rather being some alien thing).

I'm gonna phone the doctor tomorrow morning and get it seen to.

The Camp Leaders are not a profit organisation, so I will be getting some money back, I'm hoping £250-350.

Thats good then, didn't know that they were non-profit making.

More bullshit making this day special. I bought some shoes awhile back which ended up hurting my feet pr0 style. So I eventually took them back asking for an exchange into a larger size, didn't have the same style [wasn't a problem], but whilst trying other shoes the manager came over saying returns have to be within 28 days, which I was 6 days over.

I'm going to have to stuff them with newspaper or something to expand them now.

That may work my friend, i have only known that method to be of use and work now and then, and that was only on certain shoes as well.

The Top Gear Great Adventures 2 set got sent out yesterday, so should be able to watch that tomorrow night *hopefully*.

Other than that, day has been alright. Nothing special happened just the normal stuff really.

One of their chaps [high up] rang me earlier. Gave me some crap about how they'd spent more than on me than I'd given them... So would only get about £50 back, [off the £350 I'd given them in Jan], but if I ever used one of their 'partner' companies or whatever they'd makes sure I got £100 credit, which isn't bad. Which would have to be something like Austrailia, next year.

I do the exact same thing. Everytime I get a migraine (which is up to 3 times a week at the moment, with medication seemingly doing nothing) I end up thinking "OMFG I HAVE A BRAIN TUMOUR" at one point or another during the day.

yeah its 99% not likely to be majorly dangerous. May even be a "knot" in your muscle (believe it or not this does actually happen) from stress.

Just make sure you go see your doc. And don't be afraid to see another doc if you arent happy and want a second opinion!

edit: lol at haggis, you headcase (literally) :heh:

I get minor migraine's frequently. I just go to sleep for the whole day, which usually clears them, and prevents me having macabre thoughts! Ta-da!

But yeah. I'm pretty sure I once starting writing my own "death note". Like, were I to suddenly die. :p Might dig that out one day. (I was 13)

Suddenly die by magical wrist cuts whilst My Chemical Romance or some shit is coincidentally playing?

What did it say?

Had to correct it, to be honest.

In no fucking way does KoRn make people want to kill themselves. It makes you want to fucking rock! *devil horns with both hands*

My Chemical Romance, however, do.

And many other bands other than KoRn for that matter...fucking hell there are loads I could name off the top of my head...

But I digress...

Went to the JobCentre to sort out my Jobseeker's Allowance signing up thingy. No thank you to the two job details they gave me and said I should apply for because

1) They were both full-time. I want part-time for now.

2) They were both in fucking STAFFORDSHIRE!

I don't think they're going to help me get a job much, tbh.

I was on the cusp of becoming an emo-lite a few years ago, but never desired to cut myself or kill myself. I have an intense fear of death/harm...

I can't remember what it said. I only started it. It was some shit like "This is for my descendants" or something.

Sorry to hear about the VISA woes Murray :( I went through similar when I was going to go. Hope you get the money back.

Spent the day doing random jobs and stuff that needed to be done then spent most of the evening playing Super Mario Galaxy and making a porn DVD. Now just waiting for it to burn and its taking frakkin' ages. Looks aces though :D

I went into Beeston today, plaqnning to put my wages in the bank [Ended up not bothering], exchange some shoes [as explained earlier], go to the opticians [Also ended up not bothering], plus attempting to get my bike fixzed, but for reliable service the Halfords is a distance away. However, the bike I have now is the only one I've taken to a place like Halfords for a check-up and it suddenly needs stuff to be done it [Normally just a inner tube replaced], however I know the price at Halfords won't change [£15], whereas some of the places more locally might magically increase for some bullshit reason...

My bike is still changable via left handlebar and squeaks at present.

Sorry to hear about the VISA woes Murray :( I went through similar when I was going to go. Hope you get the money back.

I bet you didn't get assfucked though :( You lucky sunnova beech

I got a call from some bloke high up in the company, feeling dead sorry etc. Naturally they've spent more money than I've given them. So my refund isn't going to be that great, he said about £50ish. but if I ever used one of their "friend" company things, they'd try to get me £100 credit, which isn't bad I guess, except it'd have to be next year and not in the US [i'll try Australia maybe next year]

Okay, long day. For some reason my room is really dusty so I woke up with an itchy throat and mega blocked nose at 6. Spent about half an hour failing to blow my nose. Went back to sleep again to the lovely Solaris soundtrack. Then found out Labyrinth was sold out at the Prince Charles Cinema which fucked me of to the nth degree because I was really looking forward to it.

Finally got in to university at about 1:30, started my essay and rattled down 800 words which I was pretty pleased with.

Met up with a couple friends for dinner a checked the cinema out. Turned out Labyrinth wasn't completely sold out and we got the last two tickets (which meant I had to dump two of my friends but hey ho, they got to talk to me.)

Then I watched LABYRINTH!!!

davidbowiebulge.jpg

Everyone laughed when David Bowie was on screen because...well because you could see his crotch. It was fucking funny, especially the last outfit he wears. How that film was for kids is beyond me, although to be honest I never noticed when I was young.

Then walked across Waterloo Bridge with my friend singing,

"Dance Magic, Dance

Crotch Magic, Crotch"

while waving our hands manically.

Got home and it turned out my friend can't come to the march tomorrow because he has to take someone to hospital. Kind of annoying but fair enough. He'd been looking forward to the march for a good two weeks.

In a frantic rush I texted my other friend seeing if he wanted to come. Turns out he was already planning to so I'm meeting him tomorrow at Waterloo!

Awesome-o!

Tomorrow should be fun. I'll be charging my camera tonight.

I have a friend who seems to be getting married in an unhappy ceremnony [based on guest attendance], but is kinda forced into it because it's to one of Her Majesty's Armed Forces, meaning he dictates the fact her family can't attend.

Because he's fucking off and it can't be any other way. Apparently.

EDIT:

I've also managed to find an-ex of mine on Facebook. When I was 9ish, but she was gorgeous then, seeing pictures of her now... Wow, she's blonded her hair up and has gone totally pr0 on the rack front, but that aside she looks exactly the same, gorgeous. She's apparently engaged [Which seems total bullshit until you remember how old you actually are], which makes the situation all the more guttedings.

The Bowie-Bulge is legendary. It's almost a shame since it makes watching the awesome Labyrinth seem suspiciously like watching some sort of bizzarre gay midget animal porn. Luckily the always lovely Jennifer Connelly (seriously, she's like 40 odd and I'd still slam the back out of her) stops it from being a complete sausagefest.

Urrgh 9 hours of work, rarely seeing another human, and being stuck with a bunch of dogs. Takes alot out of ya, even though all I did was read the better half of a book, and play abit of GTA:VC and watch Trainspotting.

I did get paid for the month(A whopping 42 hours....) though, $310.80 idk what I'll buy, probably gas and maybe end up helping with my parents taxes(way to go Obama, your plan's working great, The working class are still getting screwed).

Labyrinth is great, love it.

Currently sitting on the sofa at home, while my lecture starts in 14 minutes. Had to go to school on my bicycle today but haven't been feeling too well (plus back really hurts), so decided to go by bus. Though I already missed it when I decided to take it, so not gonna go into school until an hour later or something. Maybe.

God only knows why I was up at 6am but nothing I can do about it. Couldn't get back to sleep. So I'm currently sat here listening to music and have just finished writing a review so I'll send that off this afternoon. Have to got to 'Uni' this morning. I refer to it as 'Uni' because by that I mean get dropped off at the station and go into town for a couple of hours or relaxation, which I'm in need of given I have an exam tomorrow. So will do that and come home to do some revision although I'm going to be buying the drum kit thing for Rock Band on the 360 so I'm sure little revision will get done. I'll force myself to do it though and I'll hopefully get a couple of hours in on the revision.

On the ferry last night I ended up sharing a cabin with this 80 year old lady who was hilarious and had silk pjs.

I only said Korn as they were the first older band I could think of, since you said the note was made in days of yore.

What did the note say though!

Wowza, a woman just practically assaulted me with a torrent of praise (and I didn't even do anything)

"You're a lovely, lovely boy."

Then she said

""llialand illanqu cardiffswansea" as we say in Welsh"

and finally

"You're lovely."

Nice pickmeup.
