Platty Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Melted cheese on toast. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or a simple snack. This bad boy can satisfy anytime of the day.
Letty Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Does tea count as a snack? Because I drink an awful lot
jayseven Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Chips n' dips my friend. I have a reciept stuck to my wall from tescos that lists what I bring to every partay.. Cider £2.57 Doritos £0.99 Dip £0.99
Shorty Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 ^ can confirm the above poster's addiction to listed items. Oh and I forgot Twiglets from my own list. Mmm, twiglets.
Roostophe Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 I find myself buying a Milky Way whenever I can. Whether it's a 2 bar pack or just the one. Favourite crisps, in order of preference: 1. Monster Munch Pickled Onion (Followed by 3 Polo's) 2. Hula Hoops Barbecue Beef 3. Twiglets 4. Walkers Ready Salted Baked 5. Roysters T-Bone Steak I'm also addicted to cola, Pepsi, Coke, or Pepsi Max, don't matter. I look at Cola like I look at breasts: I always state a preference, but the truth is I'll take whatever's there, unless it's flat.
Dcubed Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Doritoes (Tangy cheese) Peperami (Spicy, the green one) Cherry Coke That's all you need!
Guest Stefkov Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Mars or Galaxy are a great snack. Or even some Pilgrims Choice, Extra mature cheese...gorgeous.
Charlie Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 I buy either 6 Mars Bars or 7 Twixs (was 6 until recently) once a week for £1.59 and have one each day after school, I love them. A Mars Bar a day helps you work rest and play.
My Buttons are Magic! Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 ..DR pepper and walkers pickled onion crisps followed by a for break at work - never fails
rokhed00 Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 Or even some Pilgrims Choice, Extra mature cheese...gorgeous. It's good stuff, I had some for breakfast melted over tuna on toast.
|Laguna| Posted January 26, 2007 Posted January 26, 2007 My snacks of choice are nectarines, or pickled onions. Original huh? Pickled onions are my secret shame. Whenever I mention them I always get negatives responses/vomit faces from people, yet they are so tasty and crunchy.
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 There are many snacks which make me a Happy_LiNky. Of course, it all depends on the scenario. If I'm at the cinema, for example, then Galaxy Minstrels, a large packet of doritos and a great big cup of coke are what I desire. If I'm having a little gamesfest with my mates, then the doritos are also required, also a great big cheese and tomato pizza, and more coke. I also love cheese on toast, as an everyday snake kinda thing. As mentioned in another thread, Pickled Onion Monster Munch are my crisps of choice, but I haven't had them in a while. I have withdrawel...need some now.
gaggle64 Posted January 27, 2007 Author Posted January 27, 2007 When it comes to chocolate, thise Freetrade ones in Co-op can't be beat. Cadbury's to me just taste like a big bar of dangerous chemicals.
rokhed00 Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 a large packet of doritos The only Doritos worth eating are Chilli flavour, blue and orange are too bland and the new Barbeque flavour is shit.
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 The only Doritos worth eating are Chilli flavour, blue and orange are too bland and the new Barbeque flavour is shit. I love the orange ones. (tangy cheese, right?) I haven't tried the barbeque flavoured ones, but I'm not really a fan of BBQ sauce anyway, so I doubt I'd like them all that much. Still, you never know.
Nucleus Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Biltong!!11! FTW Beef, Ostrich, Kudu, Springbok... Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. It' a dried, salted, spiced strips of meat from South Africa. It's almost like American beef jerkey but a lot less processed and a lot nicer.
Guest Stefkov Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 It's good stuff, I had some for breakfast melted over tuna on toast. I love getting a big block of the stuff from Costco, 3 smallish slices each night. I love how it crumbles when you just hold it. A great snack would be a pasta salad. Pasta, Tuna, Sweetcorn and Mayo. Cold... I love it.
KingOfHyrule Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Hmmmm Delicious You dirty bastard lol could you not have used a tissue for that! I have to say Doritos HOT salsa dip consumed with melba toast is a winner for me, good times. I'd finish the whole jar each time!
Solidus Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 We don't get Monster Munch round our way no more. If we do they are usually out of date. Blergh. IMO nothing beats Hula Hoops they are the God of crisps. I'm quite partial to a packet of honey roasted peanuts too.
rokhed00 Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 I'm quite partial to a packet of honey roasted peanuts too. Cashews > peanuts.
weeyellowbloke Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Chocolate covered peanuts and raisins are my gods.
Eenuh Posted January 27, 2007 Posted January 27, 2007 Hmmmm Delicious Those are only good if they're Belgian ones. =P
