  1. Yeah you still get the credits; the same happens to me (not to @Fierce_LiNk for some reason), but if you check your totals, it will still be going up. I have been enjoying the game and the DLC, been playing quite a bit in the evenings. Yesterday, Jim and I finally managed to get the trophy for 10 Cycler Rifle headshots! We were trying out one of the new functions of the PS4, where you can quickly join in on someone's game. Jim joined me playing Battlefront, but was placed on the opposite team... so we decided to kill each other with Cycler Rifle headshots haha. Took quite a while as people kept killing us, so we had to keep moving to the end of the map (Walker Assault mode), shoot the other person in the head, rinse and repeat. Now all I need are the stupid mission trophies (urgh) and the one for taking down an AT-AT with an Airspeeder... never gonna happen. :P
  2. Like @Fierce_LiNk said, we might try and come to the meet this year, depending on what's going on in our lives. Don't have any plans yet for the summer so for now the 30th works for us. Would it be a meet up in Hyde Park again, or meeting somewhere else? Will have to look into cheap hotel rooms nearby if we're coming!
  3. Would be lovely. Can you find us jobs first though? :P Also, I think my family would hate me if I moved even further away from them! Unless there is an airport nearby with cheap flights to Belgium (unlikely). The whole house hunting thing is very daunting. We are speaking to a mortgage broker this week to see what our options are. Worried that we won't be able to borrow enough (even though we have a pretty big deposit)... Wish it wasn't so expensive, and for all that money you end up paying for it, the houses here usually aren't even nice or big or new!
  4. Pretty sure it will have a Gwent pack again, as the previous one only had two factions (Monsters and Scoia’tael). Would be great if they add the other two factions to the new DLC.
  5. You can get a Hnnnnnnnnngggggg from me too, looking forward to that! Hope that date is right, that's not too far away now!
  6. It would have to be Fire Emblem Fates for me too! Love the FE games and have been looking forward to this one for a while, so it's great to finally have a date for it. Other than that I am looking forward to Horizon, The Last Guardian and Zelda, however since there are no dates yet for those, it's difficult to get excited for them just yet!
  7. I had been keeping my eye on this website: https://www.nowinstock.net/uk/videogaming/games/fireemblemfates/ You can set up notifications on there I think, but not sure how that works exactly. Also, people sometimes have multiple orders on different sites, and they might mention it in the comments on there when they cancel one order so it can go back in stock. Sites people have been ordering from are Game, Nintendo, Gamestop and Amazon.de. Might be worth checking those out from time to time. As for the Nintendo website, people say it is usually updated at 2pm (not sure if that is always the case).
  8. I saw the film yesterday; after reading some of the comments in here (while trying to avoid most spoilers), I was expecting a train wreck... but it didn't end up being all that bad. I quite enjoyed it.
  9. Not sure if it's exclusive to GAME really, as it has been appearing on GameStop as well (but for £90!) before it was on GAME. However I can see they have now adjusted their price to £69.97, but it's currently not available. Still hoping for it to appear on Amazon!
  10. The special edition is currently up for pre-order on the GAME website, for anyone interested! Not sure how long it will be on and if they might run out. I managed to snag myself a copy, yay! Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition Though if I do manage to catch it on Amazon, I might switch my pre-order to there (simply cause of the voucher I have). But happy I got one secured at least.
  11. I feel the same way being at home in Belgium now... they keep presenting me yummy food! Sunday there will be cake as well for my niece's first birthday, ahhhhh! As I felt bad about the bad food, I decided to do some exercise today (this was after 9pm already, when I finally got home from being out all day). Went on my mom's treadmill, and for the first time in forever, I was able to run 5km in one go, without having to walk in between. Quite impressed with myself as I never run (last time I did was at least half a year ago, if not longer), and when I did I had to alternate between running and walking. I guess my cardio at home has been paying off! I really pushed myself today, and now my legs are sore haha. Will feel it tomorrow, which is gonna be fun when I am supposed to walk around in IKEA all afternoon. Oh dear. :P
  12. Waking up to find there have been deadly attacks in Brussels airport and the metro... it's left me quite upset to be honest. I was hoping it wouldn't happen but I think everyone knew it would at some point. I used to live in Brussels, and I've been in that airport many times. Hoping that no one we know was there... I am also supposed to fly into Belgium on Thursday (to a different airport), so I don't know what is going to happen with that. This is scary. :'(
  13. I already have the voucher applied to my Amazon account though (and used a few pound from it to buy some small things), so sadly this won't work. Thanks for the offer though! I think I'll just keep an eye on different sites to see where I can get a better deal. And maybe just buy the games separately if I have to (if the price difference isn't too big).
  14. I don't know, they are all talking about using mods etc to run the games. And I think they mostly seem to want it for the extra stuff that comes with it, not so much the games? I don't really care about the extras to be honest, I just want the games heh. Hoping that Amazon might have them as well as I have a voucher I need to use (would save me quite a bit). Do not want to order from Game or Nintendo really...
  15. Do we know how much the three game package is going to cost? I love the FE games so would like to get them all, and hopefully buying them all together turns out cheaper... Bit worried though as people from the US said the Special Edition sold out in minutes because of scalpers. Following a tracker website to see when it might be put up for preorders, and it is filled with Americans hoping to snatch up a European version. :/
  16. Bologna is lovely, really liked it there (even though I spent most of my time there inside a convention place).
  17. I bet they somehow don't count cause they're not first party... And Indies are expected to be different and bring out stuff that isn't a realistic open-world shooter or whatever... On topic, I haven't watched the Direct, but I am happy to finally have a date for FE! Taken too long to get that out here! Looking forward to it. Not much else I am interested in, maybe Kirby. Nothing on Wii U I want though, don't think I have even turned it on in the last year.
  18. Avoiding every post in this thread as we have only just finished season 2, so spoilers! :P We just started watching The Flash, and after reading some stuff online, it seems best if we alternate this with season 3 of Arrow. However, Amazon Video charges per episode (older seasons were free), so wondering if there is anywhere else that has this (not meaning illegal places, just things like Netflix etc.)? Or does it not really matter and can we just watch season 1 of The Flash without spoiling season 3 of Arrow?
  19. Oh don't worry, it took me almost a year to get him to even try it! Think I have been using it 4-5 times a week since I bought it in May. And he has only just tried it. Hopefully now he will stop making fun of me and saying that all it is is just moving your arms! @Animal and @Blade, well done on the exercise and weight loss! I followed you both on Instagram (never used it before), so might see more of your progress on there. I am verrrrrry slowly losing my weight as well. Trying to watch what I eat and exercising on the crosstrainer loads. Still have a long way to go, but I can do it!
  20. It might be nonsense, but that is the way the UK is seen by many in other European countries right now. I agree that there are issues with the EU and reform is needed, it is far from perfect. But I do think that we can stand stronger as a union than all these different countries separately. But then I am a bit of a hippy and would get rid of countries altogether if I could. :P
  21. As everyone else here, I am shocked and upset about the news. You have been a valued member of this great community for a long time, and your posts have always been great to read. I am so very sorry that this is happening to you, and you are indeed a very strong person to be able to deal with all that's been thrown at you in the way that you have. I hope that you may still enjoy the time that is left with the things and people that matter most to you. And remember that NE is here for you if you need anything, anything at all.
  22. For obvious reasons, I would vote to stay in (if I was allowed to vote, which I am not). I don't know how leaving the EU would affect me, but I really hope it doesn't come to that point. I think the EU is a good thing as it provides its member states with things such as trade and funding (things like funding for farmers etc., who would probably be worse off without the EU), and it provides the people living in the EU with rights such as maternity leave, paid annual leave, consumer protection, human rights... Sure it's annoying that the EU sets laws that we don't have much to say on. But then is it any different with the laws that are being passed in the UK? Do we have any say over those? Just as an example with the junior doctor strikes. They didn't agree with Jeremy Hunt... well that's too bad because now the new contract is simply being imposed on them. So much for democracy. The political system in the UK is quite broken in my opinion, with the people in power not even receiving the majority of the votes of the people they are supposed to represent. At the moment, I have more faith in the EU as a whole - where different nations have to work together for the greater good, to provide some form of stability and peace across the EU -, than I have for the government in the UK, which seems to be there to help the rich get even more rich. This country currently feels like it is being ruled by fear and scaremongering, with people focusing on immigrants and benefits. They want special treatment in the EU, set themselves apart from the other member states. However by doing this, you are not making any friends in the EU, and the others will be less likely to want to work with you and help you out. The UK is alienating itself right now, and I don't think that's a good thing. I read an interesting view from a Belgian professor (living in the UK for 4 years now), who said that it would be better for the UK to leave the EU. Not because he agrees with the Out campaign, but because he believes that the general feeling in the UK is that of anger and fear towards the EU, and if they were to stay in, they would start tearing it apart from the inside, trying to get their way (like Cameron has been trying to do), basically ruining the whole system. So for the EU, in his opinion it would be better if the UK left. I kind of agree with him in that there is a lot of anger in the UK, and I don't agree with one country getting special treatment over others... but I still would want the UK to stay in. *ramble*
  23. It seems that @Fierce_LiNk and I have finally saved up a decent deposit for a house (part of that is thanks to both our families as well), so we should probably go have a talk with banks soon about mortgages! Exciting! Question for people who have bought a house/are buying one, how much do you stick to the asking price on property sites, or how much do/can you go below it? I kind of want to have an idea what my price range is when looking at houses; don't want to exclude ones that are currently priced higher than we can afford (but where we might get a lower offer in)!
  24. Well I helped you survive while you were tending to your kettle. I watched your back and shot a guy who was making his way toward you. You're welcome. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk
