    Glee

I really liked Glee to begin with but it started to get quite samey by the end of the first season so I'm not too enthusiastic about season 2! The same applies to the songs really, I liked most of the mixes at the start of the show but by the end the quality seemed to dip.
  2. I'd be totally up for this though I'm completely lost for ideas right now
  3. I have played Excitebots and it's just as good, if not slightly better! At first I was wary, it seems a bit too insane, but once you've gotten used to getting a "SUPER SANDWICH" and scoring goals mid race or playing the traingle whilst trying to bash other bots out of the way, you realise that it's so great because of how crazy and quirky it is. The best bit though? The fact it's online! It's a pretty robust online system, you can get into a race pretty quickly with no lag! The only thing missing from this is weirdly, no SD card support for music or any of those achievements from the first - I wonder why they removed it?
  4. Yes, yes, yes! NiGHTS will always stand as one of my favourite Wii games, despite the few flaws it has - It's so magical and just oozes with classic Sega charm!
  5. I loved this game! So much so that I actually got Super Excite and most of the trophies (because I'm so lazy that I don't end up completing most games :P) I fully agree with K-Project, it's one of the best Wii games out there despite being one of the first. What I also find is that it's one of the most... polished Wii games. Considering this came out so early on, I only wish more Wii games had followed in it's footsteps. SD Card support for music playback in races, unlockable trophies... the only thing this is missing is an online mode!

  7. If they'd have done that with the Wii they'd have probably gone the same way as Sega
  8. The event had some pretty neat collectables (but weirdly you couldn't buy anything ) I wasn't too fussed though because I got my metal Sonic! There were some pretty awesome cosplayers too including ULALA but i'll put them in the Summer of Sonic thread, I don't wanna go off topic! xD I'll upload some pictures later! I was 'gonna do it now but they're not working for some reason D:
  9. I was cautious but it really does seem that after all this time they have made a great 3D Sonic game, the buzz surrounding it was incredible. It certainly stole the limelight from Sonic 4 which was very surprising!
  10. Got my metal sonic from Summer of Sonic today! Very pleased indeed
  11. Played 2 levels of Sonic Colours at Summer of Sonic today! It's fluid, with great controls and fantastic graphics! It's fast, fun and adds new elements whilst keeping some of the core gameplay that made the original games so great. This is the best Sonic game I've played since Sonic Adventure! The hour long wait in a stuffy, hot room was worth it xD
  12. Mighty epic, though I'm sure a lot will disagree.
  13. http://www.t3.com/news/wii-2-nintendo-plotting-?=47737 Satoru Iwata cannot comment on the Wii2 in fear of being copied but it is being developed (which was obvious) It does beg the question though, if Nintendo are worried about being copied then they must have something new on the cards? I wonder what they will do next. I assumed the Wii2 would be the Wii but with improved motion controls and graphics but by the sounds of it, it could be something completely different.
  14. I used to have a terrible diet, not give a crap about what calories I was having and generally... eating what I wanted at that given time. Burgers, subways, chocolates... Then I decided to get a healthier diet because I didn't want to be chubby :P Like with most things I do, when I set my mind to it, I go overkill. I had a breakfast which consisted of a glass of orange juice and shreddies, a dinner of tuna sandwiches or salad and tea which was usually pasta or rice with something. I had no snacks in between, lost weight (surprisingly fast) and felt brilliant. I felt so much more energised and the fact that everyone I knew kept making a point of "oh you look great" was really amazing. I've kept it up until about a month ago because I was getting a bit too thin and now I'm a mixture of old and new habits. I stick to the healthy diet that I made for myself but also have the odd pot noodle, chocolate and what not. I've also been going out to restaurants about once a week to keep in touch with friends - All you can eat at pizza hut is a killer! It's so nice being able to scoff all of that pizza but I feel so awful afterwards xD
  15. Man. At the end of every sentence, it's an awful habit and I don't know how it came along, I sound like a mid 90s surfer boy. "How's your day been, man?" "I was so pissed off today man" "holy shit man, it's so hot today" I actually want to kill myself. Luckily when I type, I can stop myself.
  16. I could never get into DKC3, the second is by far the best! I completed it countless times on my SNES but only got up to the 'Bee/rollercoaster' place on my Wii, which is my favourite. BRAMBLE BLAST FTW
  17. Well you've all done a good job of putting me off :P I'm still going regardless, I've already booked my train tickets! If it's terrible at least I'll have got a metal sonic and can spend the day in London instead!
  18. I knew this would happen. The Donkey Kong series has been pretty much dead since Rare left. It was my all time favourite franchise BECAUSE of the classic characters and locations. I didn't like Jungle Beat because it had no references to the Kong family other than DK himself. Count myself out of this one, it's going to be new age rubbish just like New Super Mario Bros Wii which is what I was hoping wouldn't happen to this game. And no under water levels? Donkey Kong was one of the few games where I actually liked the underwater levels. Well done, Retro.
  19. So, will anyone be attending this years Summer of Sonic!? I certainly will be! I haven't been to one before so I'm uber excited! For those of you that don't know what it is, it's a sonic convention in London which hosts all sorts of crazy cool Sonic stuff, upcoming games (main ones this year are Sonic 4 and Sonic Colours which I'm pretty sure will be playable) and special guests Crush 40 (Who sang the Sonic heroes theme!) along with all the other special edition, rare collectible stuff you can imagine and of course a shit load of cosplayers! 7th August couldn't come soon enough and it would be awesome if I saw some of you guys there too! :awesome: http://www.summerofsonic.com/
  20. a beautiful Chicken Fajita. There's nothing I love more, and so when I drunkenly tripped and tossed it into the road... I was mortified.
  21. I'd never watched comedy rainbow before so I had a lot of catching up to do :P I have to admit, the first few episodes were very cringe worthy and I wasn't quite sure what the hell was going on but whether it got better or it grew on me is anyone's guess but I actually found myself quite liking it! There could be improvement though, mainly editing. You could make every episode quite a bit shorter just by cutting out awkward silences where you are looking at the camera. Scare Claire is just immense though.
  22. Listening to Stranger in Moscow by Michael Jackson, it blows me away every time. And cool night is beautiful, I love to sit in my garden late at night on the swinging chair, nights are just so relaxing. I used to like taking strolls at nights too but I'm slightly scared after being approached by a few too many chavs a few months ago. Damn.
  23. I'm 19, my real name is Josh and I've been a member since the days of Cube-Europe. I love Nintendo, hate my Username and Scatman John blows me away (90's europop/jazz/scat fusion) I'm not that well known on here because I don't post all too much. I can be shy but around my friends I'm the complete opposite and very out going. I've been having a hard time coming to terms with my sexuality lately but N-Europe has surprisingly been a great help (Sexuality thread win) Flugels are amazing drinks. I also love Sega... for giving me NiGHTS. Entei is my dream.
  24. How on earth do you get the second green star on the last Bowser level!?
  25. Yet at the same time there's nothing pointing towards it being a terrible game either. You're right, we won't know for sure if it's decent until there's a few reviews but judging by video's this seems to be one of the best Sonic games in a long time.
