  1. I'd love Thriller to be played at my funeral whilst I jump out of my coffin as a zombie and start dancing (which I've perfected thanks to Ubisoft shovelware) but sadly I doubt this would be possible and so... Well, I don't know. I've never actually thought about my funeral. I guess I don't care either, after all, I'll be dead. Though I wouldn't want an open casket, unless they put fake tan on me or something, I'm pale enough whilst alive.
  2. It's refreshing to see a great game on WiiWare because the service has been somewhat neglected in the last few months. I'll be sure to get myself some Wii points this week as this game looks amazing and I miss the days of F-Zero GX.
  3. I was thinking the same, I could certainly do with another Motion Plus controller and I got the Red Wii bundle for Christmas so to have another red Motion Plus would be doubly awesome. The game doesn't look great but as far as casual games go it looks quite fun and definitely an improvement over the original Wii Play. After all, what you have to remember about games like this and Wii Party is that you are essentially just buying the controller and having a free game with it so for what it is, it looks like a decent buy. Also, I can pretend I'm playing Luigi's Mansion Wii and dream of what could have been
  4. Will do, my friend said to do the same I'll leave it in the seal and hopefully get more for it. My 360 is due today, I just checked the parcel tracker!
  5. I heard about the Rapture the day it was meant to happen so I was in two minds, Do I go to work and possibly die doing something I hate? Or do I not turn up and face the wrath of my manager the next day? Turns out I'm so fearful of my manager I'd rather risk dying at work. But yeah, I didn't believe for a second that this guy was anything more than some crazy, deluded religious type. It seems to have had a lot of hype though, when I saw all those adverts in America I was starting to lay an egg and I'm no Billy Hatcher. People are too quick to point towards natural disasters and claim they are to do with the end of the world though.
  6. That's an awesome story, the ending literally blew me away as I remember thinking the same thing a few years ago. I've always been interested in reincarnation, I'd love to see life through another persons (or creatures) eyes. If I had to be something it would be a Dolphin as they seem to have such happy lives and are so beautiful. I'd just be sure to steer clear of Japan
  7. I was on YouTube earlier and saw this in my subscriptions - YESZ! As others have said, this is way better than Comedy Rainbow (though the name Comedy Rainbow is still majestic)
  8. I've just listened to the album for the first time - Fashion Of His Love is amazing! I'm quite impressed by the album but I'll give it another listen before I give full judgement on it.
  9. Oh gawd. I lost a fair amount of weight before Christmas after finally sticking to a diet for the first time ever. It's weird because after a while I actually started getting used to the smaller portions and healthier food - I remember going to McDonalds after eating healthily for nearly 2 months and it actually made me feel sick. Along came Christmas though and that's when my downward spiral began :P Now that summers officially here I'm going to make sure I once again stick to healthy eating because I feel as though there's a huge man-boob shaped cloud looming over me and I don't like the look of it! Seriously though, I'm glad I found this thread as I do need to stick to it this time. My biggest problem is ALCOHOL! I need to stop going out every weekend because not only does it rape my bank account but it also destroys any effort I've put into eating healthily!
  10. I was gonna hold off getting a 360 but then Amazon presented me with an offer I just couldn't refuse. 360 250GB Slim, Halo Reach, Fable 3 and Xbox Live Gold 12 month membership for £169.99!
  11. Flying is something I would definitely love to do, as most of you have already said. I've always been fascinated in being able to create my own world though; having the powers to put a huge building here, a waterfall there, that kind of thing. I love it when you realize you are dreaming, it doesn't happen to me often at all but when it does it's just amazing. The freedom to do absolutely anything and everything is insane and I just never want to wake up. If anything, I'd just love to live in a surreal world. I remember one dream I had where I got a bubble blower, created a huge bubble and jumped inside of it. Then I just floated up into the sky and floated around, seeing the world. I suppose in reality it would be shit scary and I'd be having a panic attack the whole time but that's another thing - just that feeling of being safe when you dream is so refreshing. But yeah, I realize I'm getting a bit fixated on dreams here and I'm no Dicaprio. So, heaven on earth for me? a whole city with just my friends and family - No one else. I can't imagine the freedom. Somewhere like New York, there's no one else there, just you, your friends and family. You can choose any of the thousands of places to live, there'd be no restrictions in what you could do, you could walk around at night without being afraid, you could have parties in the street, mess around on all the TV stations. Also, hover boards.
  12. I would like to see a stage demonstration of Wii Music 2
  13. Oh man, that would be the best E3 ever! My two favourite consoles... as one. And the name DreamCube is also just jizz worthy.
  14. New post about my visit to Summer Of Sonic last year! I'll post details of the up and coming one this year, tomorrow!
  15. I'm on the final boss now, this game kinda lost it's edge after world 3. Biggest disappointment on Wii for me.
  16. I saw the hand towel and couldn't believe my eyes (In a good way, as oppose to the Wii Fit flip flops D: ) Isn't the SNES controller like 7000? If I were you I'd go for that, seems like the most worthwhile item on there!
  17. I wish I didn't waste so many stars back in the day on bloody phone wallpapers and ringtones, I was such a noob. Still, I recently got the 25th Anniversary Mario coin! It is awesome! I wet myself a little when I first slipped it out of the pouch, it's still in it's plastic seal and I intend to keep it that way for some time (Not only for value but also because of my oh so oily skin, I sometimes feel like a fish/13 year old)
  18. I'd like to apologize on two accounts; firstly for double posting (God damn, who DOES that now?) and secondly for not updating every day as I said I would. It's hardly a good start I know but I was slapped in the face by coursework which lately seems to be spewing out of every direction. Anyway though, to make it up to you all I've had a Donkey Kong blow out and posted about 3 rather cool DK related things - Especially an incredibly corny number which you have to hear to believe; It's called "Do The Donkey Kong" - Your ears will never be the same!
  19. I got Luigi's Mansion about a year into having my Gamecube and I was blown away by the graphics and the atmosphere! Last summer I ended up getting it from eBay and I can't believe how well the graphics have aged, it easily looks as good as most Wii games. I'd love a sequel, just to hear that awesome music again!
  20. Kirby is a lot more fun in multiplayer than doing it solo, unlike DKC Returns! And good choice on Sonic Colours, I haven't enjoyed a Sonic game that much since... Sonic 3!
  21. I thought I'd blocked out the horrific voice acting for life but when I read that it all came FLUDDing back (Oh ;D) like a traumatic childhood memory.
  22. I've also been thinking of getting a PS3 or 360 recently and was about to create a thread similar to this. I'm getting paid in two weeks so that's when I'll be shelling out for one or the other but I keep changing my mind :P I've heard a lot of good things about Live and it's really not that expensive, I'm also a huge Rare fanboy and even though they're nothing compared to their former selves, I'd still explode with joy playing a new Rare game. The PS3 on the other hand does have LBP (though I'm not sure I'd be that blown away by it) and a Blu-Ray player. Either way, I mainly want one for upcoming released like Duke Nukem, Sonic Generations etc
  23. "You like the Commodore 64? You like Synth-Pop? Well then just imagine if they combined to make a unique and overwhelmingly nerdy fusion of fantastic beats and old school sounds – Well, my friend, there’s no need to imagine anymore as Mind.In.A.Box released their fantastic album R.E.T.R.O last year [...]" http://josh64128.blogspot.com/2011/05/mindinabox-retro.html New post about an awesome band who have huge influences from Commodore 64 games; any retro gamer will love this.
  24. I feel your pain, Pancake; to add to that pain you should check out the latest post featuring Pacman related merchandise! And with that... I'm off to bed! I just about made it in time to count as todays post xD I've been at work for 12 hours, got home, about to go to bed when suddenly I remembered I'd yet to post anything D: EDIT: Also, for some reason, my google ads has been deactivated :S apparently there was suspicious behaviour (as in they think ive been somehow making up visitor views?) which is not only a pain but also incredibly annoying as I haven't been tampering with anything in that sense. I can appeal but cba right now :P So for the time being there will be no ads littering the page - Hurrah I suppose! xD
  25. Mini Mushrooms! They're even all the colours of the rainbow, perfectly fitting for the blog!
