  1. You hate me I mean, at the end of the day, is it really that big a deal? Yes, it was intended. And I hate saying it too, it's just stuck in my mind! Always sound semi-patronising when said too.
  2. Fuckballs, Fucking Hell, Fuck Me! At the end of the day, In all fairness, Candies! Lick ma sack! (keep getting told off at work for saying it in front of customers by mistake) Holy crap on a cracker! and probably a load of other silly things.
  3. I have to agree here - I adore Transformers but this intro absolutely kicked/still kicks ass. It wins the thread without question. Shame the film wasn't on par with the Transformers movie though
  4. Opened one of my 64 controllers today and I was shocked at how much shit there was in the small gap where the controller opens up - filthy dirty! Gave it a good clean-out and empty a load of the chalky plastic from the stick. Need to go about fixing the stick later on today or tomorrow though.
  5. I wrote a retro review for this on my blog the other day. Check it out peeps! http://thegamingenigma.wordpress.com/2010/08/01/enigma-64-perfect-dark/
  6. But it would be there for people to see, if anything it being in a sub-board will make it even more visible as the non-music stuff won't be blocking it all out. Plus with a sub-board at least I can go "Hmm, I feel like talking about music tonight" *clicks on music sub-board*, "Ah, music threads...oooh what's this that Paj has posted" (which is prominently displayed on the first page most likely because Pookiablo's lame "Candies!" thread isn't dwarfing it). It goes either way. I don't see how it's a barrier to discussion. Sure there's a "physical" barrier to getting into the thread by having to click on the sub-board but I don't see how it can possibly stifle discussion from taking place. I'd probably have to click on the page 2/3 thing at the bottom of General Chit-Chat in the current circumstances to get there anyway.
  7. I would thank you mr. bogus but that's just too fucking horrifying to even contemplate, let alone see!
  8. Sub-forums = very good idea. Implement it. Also agree with Daft about UIG and PYP - they certainly never had discussion that was too cliquey or intimidating or whatever you wanna call it.
  9. I'm pretty sure Candy King Pick n' Mix got sold on to WHSmiths. Have a look in your local store!
  10. Course it can work man! We CAN DO IT! Maybe rejig the criteria a bit - has to be based on an actual film and not a film franchise. Therefore things like Rogue Squadron and Pod Racer are out - they may contain aspects of the films in but they're not solely based on it. Goldeneye would be alright - sure it's got some additional bits but it does follow the film structure. Need to create a thread with a poll in perhaps - then we can gauge interest in games and rank them off accordingly (unless everyone only votes for the same game...)
  11. Ville's awesome guitar playing in the "Guess the game title" thread reminded me of the tunes from Maximum Carnage for the SNES. Always found this game insanely hard but awesome at the same time! A few samples: Audio Audio Audio
  12. Goddamn it sounds so familiar! I swear I know this! Ville you own at life (and guitar playing!).
  13. Pretty average day in a pretty average place for me :/
  14. My twitter In the process of adding most of you now (the ones I don't have) - follow me back and show your support (or ignore me and hope I die, your choice!).
  15. Why hellooooo there ;P

  16. You've got to be shitting me?!?!
  17. I seem to suffer from some sort of tourette's lately as for the past 7 months or so I've had a tendency to randomly yell out "Candies!", be it at home, at work or even in public. It's a bit strange but ever since playing Mario Party 8 at Christmas, using the candies in-game WHILST eating candies in real life, I've become addicted to saying it! Anyway, back to the point, what candies do you all love? I'm a big fan of flumps (not the lady type) and lately I've had a hankering for Rowntree's Randoms. They're just so tasty! So tell me people, candies!
  18. I logged on to see that the one and only, Redshell, turns 30 today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY REDSHELL! Now I don't know him really well but he's still super awesome! So wish him a happy birthday goddammit! (Perhaps we could have a birthday race on MK:Wii in his honour?)
  19. Btw, I forgot to say, welcome to the forums! I hope you stick around (especially in the Wii discussion part, as it's a slowly dying board :( ) - I've replied to your Brawl issue by zee way! Hope it helps!

  20. Still the wrong thread, you may as well just answer her question here. Go here Nhamo http://www.brawlsnapshots.com/upload - you don't need to login you can do it anonymously. Once you've uploaded a file, save it to your computer. Also, you can only upload screenshots, movie files can't be converted because, well, they're not movies and rather data that "replays" the match out in real time. Hope this helps. The site I think you're referring to about being down was awesome and much better than this one. But this will still do
  21. Yeah sorry dude, you said you'd be busy so I thought it could wait. I'll send you uno PM-o tomorrow! Night dude!!!

  22. Indeed! I'm not looking for a recreation of exactly the same experience, I know for a fact that it won't be that but I just want something on a similar level of fun, as in worth staying up and playing. It can be its own experience and be a great one at that. I just don't want it to be forgotten in no time like Turok Rage Wars or some shite like that...
  23. Oh man, I just did the second robot battle in Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon - the "charge-up-your-power" bit before the actual fight was hilarious - a giant rollerskating robot with a metal pipe demolishing sea side towns, boats, flying castles (wtf?) and even taking out mountains. It's just so stupid but so funkin' awesome at the same time! I seriously urge you ALL you play this game, it's just so damn magnificent (okay it's not the best game ever but the charm and loopiness of it is just so overwhelming!).
  24. When you say fun, how fun do you mean? Fun as in on a similar scale to the fun experienced playing the original Goldeneye/PD or fun as in, it's alright but you won't play it forever?
  25. It was one of the most simple level designs in the whole game, how could you get lost!!! My faves are Grid and Temple. I really like how they spruced Temple up, make it look a lot cooler!
