This is a very good read. I agree, it'll be interesting to see what path they take.

She's 14 But that never stopped ReZ.

From what I remember, shooting anything non human resulted in them all raping you. I think stealth (+crafting) was usually a better way or doing it.
-
Pretty sure it's legit.

Oh man. That just reminds me how bad the wait is for this book. (Everyone should read the first two books in the Kingkiller Chronicles, btw).

The new anime and manga thread! [Use Spoiler Tags!]

In-house steaming should just depend on your router and distance from router though, right? Not your broadband speed. -
It was protection...protection from God. Shazam... Seriously though, his story has changed twice now. Come on people.

Sheikah replied to Fused King's topic in Nintendo Gaming
How would that work? -
@Tales and everyone else, not sure if this interests you but this game is available for preorder for £29.85 at Simply Games. Shipping to EU is £2.50.

Just before Christmas I got a copy of Disgaea 3 on Vita and recently started playing it. Man, this takes me back to playing it on the PS3. Reminds me how awesome this game is... love the Japanese voice acting in it. Looking forward to L9999ing myself and doing everything, did quite a lot last time. Annoyingly I played it back in the day before trophies were out for it. Must get hold of Disgaea D2 when the price drops now...dood.
-
Yeah they released it on PSP and I had it. It wasn't bad, I remember it having nice predrawn backgrounds similar to the PS1 FF era. The combat wasn't anything special though.
-
Yeah sorry, I kinda meant to address that. I wasn't sure whether they would be successful given they needed (as liger will say) lightning in a bottle to do what they did with the Wii again. For the sake of likeliness I'm going to say they won't do it again, so that's why I'm saying I'm not sure a low end home console will sell (but maybe it will).
-
@Zechs Merquise Initial loss is fine, so long as you start to make profit with sales of the games (ie. overall, your console makes a profit). Why is it fine? Because the competition is doing it. Regardless of whether Nintendo can afford to do it, if the competition is offering far better value products for similar prices (e.g. Wii U launch price vs PS4 launch price) then that puts the Wii U in a bad position from the start. Whatever Nintendo made money on 'historically' is less than useless - it's the here and now that has Nintendo pretty screwed. Whatever hardware they made buckets from in the past is long gone, and right now they have hardware that isn't selling. It's all very well saying 'they need to learn to make and sell low cost consoles in the future', but is there any guarantee that will work? Will people adopt that en masse? The 3DS is selling well but serves a different purpose. Are people interested in a cheap, low end console? With regards to low end, I think not. Maybe cheap, but who knows? Serebii isn't picked on. I'd say he's either incredibly oblivious to the way he behaves, or is trolling us all. Except nobody is saying you should write that. It's the tone and using opinion in a manner like fact to counter people's arguments, and not just occasionally - constantly. The know-it-all know-nothing.

You're also forgetting we got Tales of Etetnia, which was the first release of Destiny 2 over here. In some ways I'm not sure what is worse, since we now had something like 4-5 games in the series released over here this/last generation (both handhelds and consoles, including rereleaes). And with more to come (2 more for PS3). I personally think they make sequels too frequently, but I guess it's a good thing people have the choice to play them if they want.

Feirce Deity Link as the True Musou attack. Plx.
-
To be fair, we get most of the good Tales games. I used a freeloader to play Tales of Legendia back in the day. That was freaking tragic...it felt like it had the budget of about a grand.
-
Really? Not sure what happened there Rummy if the only thing you got was roleblocked.
-
No idea why I formatted it that way. Vote: Yvonne.
-
Technically Serebii was first with this ("it is not happening" post which triggered RLink's response, as well as Serebii saying it had an effect on their quality of work. They may be pro!) But I agree, it works both ways. And who really cares who says it first, eh? I think we may be being a bit childish. :p
-
I'll also vote: Yvonne[/i]. Way shifty with his vote last night. @Rummy did anything else happen?
-
They don't require proof. But if you make bold statements as opposed to saying that you think something, they are very easy to disassemble as above without proof.
-
Yeah, another spring clean. I feel a little bad, so let's try post on topic. Aaaanyway...dat Nintendo. Third party is the way, totes.
-
@flameboy wasn't this guy waxing lyrical to you about how to post respectfully yesterday? This sarcastic post levels a great deal of irony right back at him.
-
^ @kav82 this was definitely a statement which deserves a 'prove it', if only to discredit his point (as it obviously can't be proven). He said something that he or us couldn't know to be true or false - for all we know, the opposite could be true in Nintendo's workforce. We just don't know! So that's why he was called out over it. A totally valid shout.
-
But Serebii is the one who made a claim. When making a claim you must prove it. You cannot make a claim, then say it is valid until disproven. That's not the way the world works. It's fine to say 'I think', followed by a belief. But he was boldly stating as if it were common knowledge or generally assumed to be true. From what I can understand, Daft cleared up that he's not arguing either way - he's simply asking for proof when Serebii asserted something. I'm often left thinking similarly when he makes bold statements - "Where's the proof?" It's rather bad practice to not substantiate your claims. The hallmark of an amateur.
