  1. I think I got lucky when I signed up to a dating site. Quite some years back I went on a free one that is supposedly bad (POF) and was messaged first pretty shortly after by a really quite attractive girl. A couple of weeks later we met up, then on subsequent dates she drove us everywhere, even a 3 hour or so round trip to Alton Towers. Long story short, it was that point in time where we were all going off to do our own study/work at various places in the country so we called it a day, but I definitely look back happy. Many years later I am now with my girlfriend who I met a while back in Uni, so it's all good. The short of the message - keep trying! Good shit can come about. Try not to be a wacko like you are sometimes on the forum and you'll be fine. :p
  2. Haha, I know what you mean. What the hell are they doing...
  3. The Wii U is underpowered because of earthquakes.
  4. @Diageo @Jamba tell us something. What have you got?
  5. I didn't get the beta since I know I'll like the game and didn't want to hype/spoil it. Definitely looking forward to this.
  6. I have the deal of deals. Well sorta. It's pretty awesome for people like @RedShell who are new to the PS3 scene. GAME have a 3 for £10 on preowned PS3 games thing going on. Surprisingly it has a pretty good a selection. Titles like Uncharted 2 and 3 are there, as well as the Assassin Creed games up to and including Revelations. Other games like Max Payne 3, God of War 3, Infamous 1/2, Red Dead Redemption, GTA4, MGS4, LBP2, Mass Effect 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas... At effectively £3.33 each for many of the best games on the system you can't go wrong.
  7. Nice. It cost you?
  8. How did they figure KH3 was coming this year to us? No way.
  9. That never happens with anything else. Nearly every non Nintendo game releases at full price then reduces some months later. They still make money when it's RRP at release and later when they reduce it. Otherwise they wouldn't still be in business. Truth is, maybe Nintendo know their games aren't new and exciting enough anymore to warrant full price buys.
  10. All shops max at 11.
  11. Well, not too small. You wouldn't want a coup d'état.
  12. Clean? Oh dear, what happened in the last place?
  13. Then why are you telling him about the shield when I have it?
  14. I don't follow either. Did you used to have the shield or do you learn what items do?
  15. @Jamba do you have anything?
  16. @ReZourceman you missed out Jonnas's alignment. @Rummy can you give any targets so far? We don't have anything to hold you to yet.
  17. Well that's a shame. Because the 3DS as far as I know isn't properly cracked in terms of cheating yet. But now the trade system / feeling of achievement is pretty much borked again. Seems mental that the tiny amount of space required to store this data needs a yearly charge. Cha ching, Nintendo.
  18. I can't tell, is that sarcasm? How are they dealing with cheating on this? Given you can clone saves with a flash cart on the DS that have legit Pokémon or grab .SAV files with event 'Mon?
  19. Starts on my birthday, oh yeahh. Well, in America anyway.
  20. Grab shield I took a sip of Lionel goodness last night, which stopped anyone doing bad stuff to me. One of which was somebody using the Catseye marble on me. Anyone want to admit to that?
  21. The only way for them to satisfy their urges is to do the unthinkable, whereas a regular man can form a consensual relationship with another adult. I think that's the key difference and why you wouldn't leave your child with one. They have no other outlet that so closely mirrors what they may really want. Really though, I think everyone who has a child wouldn't choose to leave their child with one. It's fine to argue the defence of someone who may not wish to act upon their urges, but in reality I doubt many good parents would be so trusting. Risk reduction and all that.
  22. At the time I didn't mind this game too much, but looking back... Two big problems for me were motion controls and the NPCs/town. The town was pretty barren, and I don't remember any of the NPCs. This is a complete contrast to Majora's mask, which had a world which felt alive on account of good characters with engrossing backstories and quests tied to them. The motion controls were incredibly unwelcome. It was like a continuously surfacing simple puzzle reminiscent of a 'match the shape to the correct hole' baby toy. Except instead of a shape, you were looking for blatant gaps to deduce which direction to swing your arm. It wasn't really fun, and it felt like what you needed to do was so obvious that it never felt rewarding. And it was more effort and less precise than using buttons. The game was also a continuation of a 'let's put a weird way of getting around' concept that seemed to have triggered with the Wind Waker and has since been stuck to since. Flying didn't really feel all that great (flying always feels a little cheap and easy to me).
  23. Anything is better than Link's melee face. Leslie Ash!
