I realised today that those furniture items that you had to place to lure in new villagers are movable! I just assumed that once they moved in, the furniture became theirs and immovable, but i was trying to pick something nearby up and accidentally scooped up someone's washing line. So anyway, i hoovered up all the others and sold them.

I ended up with 240, which is bullshit. Going to have some serious words with Nook.

Oh it's definitely fun. Really enjoying it. I chose Russia, and decided to go for a science victory. I'm about 300 turns into my first game, and I'm currently second overall. I think i would be having a much harder time if i turned the difficulty up (obviously), since barely anyone has attacked me yet. I might try for a military victory next time since it looks way more fun.

Does it really matter that much what price you buy for? The range for buying is usually between 90 and 110 right? Even if you are buying thousands of turnips, you are only saving 50k-100k of bells by shopping around. That's hardly worth the bother if you are buying that many. You could make that back with a bit of bug or fish catching in the time it took to faff about with the online system, making multiple trips. I bought 5000 turnips this morning at 102 each. Since i had a decreasing trend last week, than means i only have a 5% chance of a decreasing trend this week, so i am almost guaranteed to make some sort of profit. Fingers crossed!

It appears Civilization 6 was a mistake. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing, but dang is it addictive.

Currently several episodes into Rebels season 3, and it just won't click for me for some reason. Aside from a few good episodes, the majority of it seems a bit formulaic and dull. Does it improve?
