    Some interesting bugs in Cyberpunk this morning. Sitting talking to Keanu Reeves and cigarettes kept spawning in front of him. My favourite though has to be driving down the street and about 10 cars spawning in the sky and falling into the road.

    Just given the game a quick try. Everything seems to run well on my laptop thankfully. Running it on High settings with RT turned off for now. Can never get fraps to show the fps on my second monitor but everything felt smooth with no obvious drops. Noticed a few bits of UI disappear off the side of the screen when on my Ultrawide, something a friend has also experienced so hopefully they can fix that.

    Ended up buying the PC version after all. Downloading now.

    Gotta appreciate them putting in the time to make this happen after release, they really didn't need to. Hopefully it'll show other devs that it can be done.

    Seems to work fine. Got to admit though, I’m not really one who notices a whole lot of difference between 30 and 60fps which is why I was happy playing it at 30 anyway.

    Unfortunately playing it on a base PS4 you might get rid of some of the bugs but I still expect it to run pretty poorly whatever they do.

    Sounds like a lot of mixed opinions but enough issues that I’m probably going to wait for patches and a price drop.

    I'll probably wait until the weekend to hear some more opinions on how the game is but if things are positive then I'll grab the PC version. I'm still not massively hyped for the game but I am interested enough that I'd like to play it at launch with everyone else.

    Yeah it tends to depend on the game. I think last gen with the popularity of the PS4 a lot of games actually got pretty good at auto detecting or offering a choice of button layouts in the settings but if its an older game or a dev that didn't put in the extra work then it can be a hassle.

    I need to get my hands on one of those at some point. I'm interested to try that d-pad myself.

    Depending on how long you are willing to wait it might even be worth putting some extra money aside and getting a PS5 controller. I hear it's starting to work well with the latest Steam beta builds.

    I think I'll probably replay 6 once I finally get done with the ones before it. Probably not my favourite of the series but it was a solid entry.

    Oh yeah definitely, I've got around 700 games in my Steam library and barely played so many of them

    I won't be renewing Game Pass later this month when it runs out. Unfortunately my views on it haven't really changed since using it again. It's an amazing value service but because I don't buy the games myself I just don't put in as much effort or time as I would a properly purchased game.

    To be fair, how is this any different from a publisher stopping printing a physical game disc? I still have access to my old version of Dragon Quest XI on Steam if I want to reinstall it.

    Had fun trying to get Doom Eternal on pc running this morning. For some reason when you try to sign into Bethesda to link your account it boots you back out to Windows to use some stupid Xbox text box with no labels that does nothing. Ended up having to go to Bethesda's website and linking my accounts there to bypass it.
