Yes, very much so. In fact, the only anime I'm looking forward to at the moment. It fell into a bit of a sappy romance in the middle of the first story, but that fuelled the motivation for the second half really nicely. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is having to watch each episode as it airs :p the cliffhangers were often brutal in Season 1.

Did you watch The Hobbit in HFR? It was... bizarre. Seeing every little detail as the camera panned, you could tell the backdrop was a set, you could tell that extras weren't really talking, lighting and costumes and makeup looked fake, you could see that punches didn't connect.... It was really surreal.

If they were going for that, they didn't pull it off! I don't want to seem too cynical, I'm a big fan, but there's a lot of squandered potential.

Exactly... exactly.... I can be pretty forgiving of this show's weaknesses most of the time. It's not trying to compete with any of the serious, tense dramas out there, just an honest comic book action show. But when you start treating your viewers like idiots....

I thought ep 21 was pretty weak... so many awful plot devices, like the magic hacking poorly hidden pointlessly flashing computer bug that picked up the stupidly unecessarily incriminating letter.

Whuuut, DRM that stops you playing a CD in a computer? Does your PC at least recognise the disk in My Computer so you can rip the tracks?

What happened to Rogue Legacy? Been looking forward to the PS3/PS4/Vita release of that one for a while.

It doesn't. You'd have to be using a separate memory card for each and reset the vita when you swap to unlink the account.

Titanfall and MAG are proof that more players does not equal better. As long as it's a design decision and not a limitation due to time, cost, hardware etc., I think it's fine. If you want an MMOFPS check out Firefall.

It's pretty standard if you're taking the RPG angle and want to know your DPS and see the effect of criticals etc.. Games like Diablo usually let you turn that kind of thing off so hopefully it'll be optional.

It's like Borderlands but by Bungie which is a winning combination to me. If they get it right, this is a game I would jump on next-gen for in a heartbeat.

We went to a black tie event with work (an awards ceremony). My bosses swore up and down that 'black tie' just meant formal. They rented full dinner suits anyway, and I went in black suit/black tie with a black bow tie in my pocket as backup. Lets just say, I'm glad I had the backup. My colleague being the only person in the whole room wearing a non-white shirt, normal tie and no jacket was less than happy :p It's awkward as fuck when you're unsuitably dressed (I went to a birthday overdressed, and then a Christening underdressed in the same week once) so just double check!
