Cube Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 It wouldn't surprise me if only new games (probably starting with OSTD) had Avatar Clothing.
LegoMan1031 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Does Gears Of War 2 still have matchmaking problems?Because I just borrowed it and am going online for the first time and I´ve been waiting in matchmaking for like 10 minutes searching for a game... Ive not experienced any problems and i still play on it quite alot. Nothing lke how it was when it first came out.
Goafer Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 It wouldn't surprise me if only new games (probably starting with OSTD) had Avatar Clothing. Yeah I thought that after I posted. Would make the most sense really.
Cube Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Speaking of that...I now have to get it. Nathan Fillion is in it.
Goron_3 Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Out of interest guys how good is the 360's wireless adaptor?
S.C.G Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Out of interest guys how good is the 360's wireless adaptor? Excellent... when you get it working properly.
Gizmo Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 I've never had any problems with my wireless adaptor. My only grievance with it is the price. Playing through Mass Effect again for like the 4th time. I'm still seeing things I haven't seen before. New quests I never found. New ways for doing quests, new resolutions to quests. New dialog between characters. I love this game. Can't wait for the sequel.
Roostophe Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 *...Remembers he began Mass Effect in February but hasn't played it since March.* ...Fuck. *...And just remembers he has never really bothered with Oblivion. Despite all the DLC his brother bought for it.* ...Fuck 2.

Really need to find time to get back to these, although I fear that after such a length of time I may need to restart.
Jimbob Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 On a scale of 1-10, how good is Oblivion. There's a pack out with both Oblivion and Bioshock out and i may look into getting it.
Pantsu Man! Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 I'm thinking of getting that to. I kinda like Bioshock but then did some stupid things and then sold it. Oblivion I've been meaning to buy and complete but I wanted to buy the full pack with all the stuff in it. Just bought the new Battlefield game and it's bloody good.
Ganepark32 Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 The real question, Jimbob, is why haven't you decided to by the bundle? It's a fantastic deal and both games are great. If Oblivion comes with the DLC then it's a really, really big game that you'll easily sink hours into.
BeerMonkey Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 on 1 vs 100 i get disconnected 2-3 times in every 30 min game :s its soo annoying gah cant get into star ocean much may send it back tomorrow
Dyson Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Played more 1v100 earlier. Pan Euro was horrible, all the questions were either about Tennis, History or Geography. The General Knowledge is my favourite set, and Superhard is beyond ridiculous. Got 35% for that and I'm sure 33% of that was guesswork Shall be turning up to He Said She Said tomorrow, that could be pretty fun. Might try the community one and footy one too. Basically, I proper love 1 v 100 tbh, lol. Must get in on the Live show this week.

I didn't bother with the Superhard, probably just as well. I do enjoy the General Knowledge but I don't see why they feel the need to put so many football questions in there. There are some folks that really couldn't give a shit about the sport, and they already have football special sessions scheduled. Will probably continue playing but if it continues as it is then I can see me losing interest very quickly.
Dyson Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 It's alright having a couple in there but there shouldn't be too many imo.
Oxigen_Waste Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Question, am I the only one who can play everything good on live except Halo 3? I mean, it's ultra laggy, most of the time I can't even walk!!! And all the other games I play are fine, why is this?
Cube Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 1 vs 100 is good fun. I found it funny that 90% of people got the question "What year was Nintendo founded?" wrong. Edit: Halo 3 is ultra laggy. So are Worms 2 and Castle Crashers. Most other games are fine.
Dyson Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Halo 3 has its own servers that are hosted and run by Bungie, and as such if you connect through a router you'll probably need to open ports that are different to the ones you'd open for Xbox Live anyway. That reminds me though, I need to open my XBL ports on my router..but I forgot them. ><
Emerald Emblem Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 cant get into star ocean much may send it back tomorrow That's a shame, it certainly does have it faults though, Voice acting for one is dire for some characters and for some reason the style they chose can also be a turn off.
Pantsu Man! Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 1 vs 100 is good fun. I found it funny that 90% of people got the question "What year was Nintendo founded?" wrong. So people who own an xbox and are probably fanboys should know when Nintendo was founded? 1 vs 100 is pretty good though. Dunno what I played before but there was a lot of questions about Malta and Russia. It's great fun. I seem to be able to do well at the start, taking the leader spot in my first game, but then half way along I seem to get nearly every answer wrong.
Kirkatronics Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 HAsnt nintendo been around for ages now? I dont mean ages as in 50 years, but isnt it a few hundred years old? EDIT: 1889 it was founded.

If Oblivion comes with the DLC then it's a really, really big game that you'll easily sink hours into. I picked it up earlier from Tesco for £20 (bargain i believe). Oblivion is the standard game, no DLC with it but i'll investigate into purchase of the DLC. I already played the Bioshock demo and thought it was brilliant, hence why i bought the game. And with Oblivion with it for free near enough, can't argue with that.
Ganepark32 Posted July 14, 2009 Posted July 14, 2009 That's ashame the DLC isn't there with Oblivion but the game is still big on its own. If you are going to get the DLC, remember not to touch the Horse Armor Shivering Isles is a good bit of DLC though but I'd recommend perhaps finishing the main questline first before getting that or the Knights of the Nine stuff.

I'll work through the main quest first as i did with all the other games that have expansions inc GTA.
