Domstercool Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 It's supposedly region free is the Casino Royale disc.
Domstercool Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Disgaea PSP isn't a port of the PS2 game. Instead, the story of the title is actually a prequel to the original title, and takes place right after the death of King Krichevskoy. However, instead of focusing primarily upon the adventure of Laharl, the prince of the Netherworld, Disgaea PSP highlights the story of Etna this time around. Not only will players wind up waking up Laharl and helping him along in his quest, they'll also work on turning Etna into the Beauty Queen Ultimate Overlord that she's always wanted to be. In fact, if players manage to achieve this status, they'll wind up unlocking a new secret ending for the game. Disgaea PSP has suddenly just become wanted!!!
Owen Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 I didn't get one...yet, but i don't mind as i purchased the movie last month anyway. I don't think my brother got one either. A brilliant film it was, just thought they took out some of bonds 'great-ideas' what makes 'James Bond' such a success. They made it more hardcore as well. I kept forgetting that it was for the whole of Europe 500,000 and not just the UK. I'm playing Genji more and more now, and for some reason, i'm really enjoying it. It's like a no-brainer game and the graphics are lovely. Really pretty good, just shouldn't have been £39.99, of course you can get it MUCH cheaper now, so i would say it's worth getting.
Domstercool Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Ohh I got the email. Casino Royale for me too. It is indeed region free as well so I can play it on my USA PS3. I understand what you mean about Genji, it's not a great game, but it certainly entertains you and can be enjoyable.
ZeldaFreak Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Is Genji 2 better or worse than the one on the ps2
Owen Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Is Genji 2 better or worse than the one on the ps2 Never played the first one, but most people believe the first is better then the second i reckon.
Dante Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Halo3 in September? September is shaping up to be a big month for PS3 games. That’s when we’ll see Heavenly Sword, the ultra-responsive arena-based swordfighting game, innovative dragon-fighting game Lair and the air, foot and vehicle combat game WarHawk, which is still looking likely to be released over the PlayStation Network rather than in the shops. First-person shooter Killzone, too, should surface in September, as well as the first PS3 version of Ratchet & Clank.
khilafah Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 Ouch. That seems a bit excessive for a drop. I'm no PS3 fan but that number looks really bad for Sony. The Japanese figures look pretty bad too...hopefulyl Sony will get a price drop out soon to pick up the numbers :/ The Japanese Numbers are really low. 16,000 last week and in Japan you can get 60GB PS3's for £320 and 20GB PS3's for £250.

Will be greeeaaattt! Halo 3 needs to come out September then, really. As well as the Xbox 360: Elite and the Movie Marketplace in Europe. Nintendo will release Super Paper Mario and Metroid that month as well, you'll see. September will be THE month for games this year.
Stocka Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 Nah November will be the month, like usual. I reckon: GTA IV - Oct Metroid Prime 3 - Nov Halo 3 - Nov Mario Galaxy - Nov/Dec

Tailzo Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 I've taken a look at the bc list at http://faq.eu.playstation.com. Seems like FF12 would work with some problems. How bad are the problems?
Hero-of-Time Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I've taken a look at the bc list at http://faq.eu.playstation.com. Seems like FF12 would work with some problems. How bad are the problems? Yeah I was looking at that the other week and it seems all the FF games only have the 1 star rating for how well they work. Weird considering that the FF games are one of the big hitters on the PS consoles, you would think they would have got them working perfectly.
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 Hey Domstercool! I have something that'll make you smile:
ReZourceman Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I wonder when DMC4 is out on 360. Looks good. *Wink*
KKOB Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I've taken a look at the bc list at http://faq.eu.playstation.com. Seems like FF12 would work with some problems. How bad are the problems? I second the young fellows question. answer?
|Laguna| Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 I spilt tequila over my friend's week old PS3 last night :p The look on his face Luckily I wiped it up before it dribbled into the internal components, guess it was a good thing that the PS3 has such a huge surface area.
Razz Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 I second the young fellows question. answer? From what i've heard it's mainly sound problems

If I was your mate, you wouldn't be posting that post right now, as you would already be dead, and buried beneath the garden patio. Hmm, if you did that to the Wii with it facing upwards (on the stand), I think it would be as good as buggered. Surely the drink would spill through the disc drive. Maybe that's what saved the PS3 from possible breakage, the position of the drive.
