I'm also interested. Mine topped out at 165 but i didn't sell and now it's just decreasing every day.

Leaving with the - button is quicker, it just requires everyone to close their windows so you can leave (usually fine if only a few people over). If you leave with the - button, never leave by letting the timer run out (timer only appears if people don't close menus for ages). You can cancel leaving if it gets close to the timer running out so it's not really an issue if you're careful.

Opting to leave and letting the please close your windows countdown run out is the preferred method.
