I think it makes more sense to consider the game to be £30 and the amiibo's unlocking minor challenge missions. I got the game without amiibo for £20. Yeah I suppose, but I can't imagine it JUST being used for Shovel Knight right now (I know that it's due to be used in future YCG games, but I would imagine that it wouldn't be put out JUST to be used in Shovel Knight right now...) Still, Shovel Knight as the first 3rd Party Amiibo? Crazy! Can't believe that YCG could get it pulled off! What a success for them!! Also, the chances of a Yooka-Laylee Amiibo just shot up.
