What Have You Bought?

Let us know what you think of it. Apparently the PC version has some pretty big problems compared to the 360 one. Steam are even allowed to give out refunds to people who bought it.

Interesting, didn't know that, I've got it at about 50% so it should be done in like an hour or so.

The actual game itself is good, ive got the 360 version but just not got too far into it. Hopefully the PC one will get some patches to fix the problems.

Well I'll see first, apparently there's to be a patch (I've just gone and sat on the steam forums.) but I'll see how it is when I get it started, I'd rather not ask for a refund as the game looks good and wait the two weeks. :)

But yeah we'll see.

*looks at £134.75 for 6 months/£245 for 12 months car tax*

*daydreams about the last time I bought tax for the Beetle* "What's that you say Mr Post Office Man? Free? As in no money? Why thank you, that's very kind! What do you mean it's like that every year? Incredible!"

Smugness may be annoying, but sweet Jesus doesn't it feel great.

Except you have three cars and I'm pretty sure the other two have tax..

EDIT: Happenstance, managed to get from dust working, honestly it's pretty easy, you setup the thing with ubisoft, that runs in the background whilst you play, make sure its running as administrator and boom - working.

It's very pretty, I've not noticed any lag with it, the camera angles remind me of black and white 1/2, that sort of thing, not sure why people are complaining it's very pretty, very chilled out game to play.

Bought it for £10 or £12 (can't remember properly) and I adore it, probably one of the best racing games I've ever played.

My Grandad bought me this as a gift but I'm not too sure about the game. The story's good at the moment and the characters are good but the battle system is a little weird and the camera angles feel a bit awkward sometimes. I hope I like it the more I play it!

Got it for a fiver brand new because there was no cover. Bargain! Fantastic game and completely surpasses all of the Splinter Cells in my opinion.

My netbook broke so it had to be replaced. When it comes to laptops/pc's I dont need or want anything that costs alot so I picked this up from Asda for £287. Pretty good so far and head and shoulders above my netbook which couldnt handle HD videos.

I'm a happy chappy right now.

I know what you're going through, I had the same reservations when I started playing it. But once you start mastering the Paradigms it becomes much easier, if still a bit linear.

Still going on it now, around 25 hours in and on disc 3, woo!
