The fish Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Well, I finished using my timetable once study leave started for my exams back in May, but it was an awesome Monday: Free Free again Break Geography (good!) Free again! Lunch Chapel (bah!) Maths (alright) Starting a week with two hours of doing as you please is very, very nice.
Beast Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 My class finished college earlier than they should have (finished all the work in class) so I've been off for two months and it's BORING! lol. So, my Monday timetable is playing Guitar Hero III on the Wii or on the PC, lol.
Guest Jordan Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Chapel (bah!) You went to a church school? You poor, poor bastard Me? Monday = work.
Domstercool Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Monday = Day Off, might change once Uni arrives.
Jav_NE Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Yep, monday = work for me too. Back at school though i used to hate having English Lit first thing in the morning. It's not what you want after a weekend to hear some old bat droning on at you.
The fish Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 You went to a church school? You poor, poor bastard The term used was "Christian foundation school". It's were every evangelist for about 20 miles distant (and that includes some big places, like Luton and St Albans) sends their kiddies. As such, it's full of annoying, stupid, closed minded bigots. A lot of the people in it are creationists, and almost everyone is a homophobe, so... well, let's say I don't get on well with a lot of people...
S.C.G Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 I remember my Monday timetable from my first year at secondary school instantly for some reason... English > Maths > ICT > PSE > Histroy > Geography > French
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Last year's timetable: Drama Drama Social studies (approximately) Social studies (approximately) Danish Danish History History Yeah, I only had double lessons that day. Apart from Drama (and sometimes Danish), all the subjects were pretty boring. Aaand it was the longest day of the week. So yeah, I didn't really look forward to it.
dan-likes-trees Posted July 16, 2008 Posted July 16, 2008 Hmm I have double English, which is meh, followed by double art, which last week the teacher practically admitted was a dos. 'You can sort of use your art lessosn to relax...' :P Then it's a double free in the afternoon to go home and waste time there instead
Supergrunch Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 Well, right now, absolutely nothing, but last term: 10-11: Biology of cells lecture. 11-5: Chemistry practical. (only on every other Monday) 6-7: Evolution and behaviour supervision. And a rough guess for next year: 4-5: Phonology and Morphology lecture.
Ashley Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 Random. Last semester I had a research module from 10-1. Then we tended to go to Tescos and go out Monday night. (granted thats not timetable but its routine) Currently I tend to work Monday nights but not guaranteed. Next semester (ie Sept onward) is 'Evil' (module name) 2-5pm. With the apparent, or one of, leading authorities on evil in the UK.
My Buttons are Magic! Posted July 17, 2008 Posted July 17, 2008 monday last year at uni was a bitch film screening from 5-7 and it was lectures all day but at least i got wed and thur off each week in semester one and fridays in semester two all good - but a dreadful start to the week
Wesley Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 I really can't remember school days too well. In 6th form.. in my second year.. I think it was just ICT. Now though, this Monday for example, up at 3AM to go to Wales for work. Yaaaay!
