Ramar
gunners cant use the "we had our reserves on" statment in that one, had six first team players and as you know, they big up their squand. felt sorry for the keeper, cant do anything. Shame really, because we don't have the grey kit excuse either.

Platty
Shame really, because we don't have the grey kit excuse either. But that wasn't used in a Semi Final of a cup.
Ramar
But that wasn't used in a Semi Final of a cup. And at what point was the excuse Max suggested used?.. I never said, I'm sure Arsene won't say it.

Mr-Paul
*cries* At least it was only the carling cup, we can focus on our title challenge and the Champs League. Well played spurs. Youve still only beat us once in 10 years. Get ready to get beat by everton in the final.

dazzybee
FUCKING GET IN THERE!!! What a night and what a performance. We were easily the better team in the first leg, easily the better team at the effeminates and finally we got what we deserved - we humiliated them! And yes, they can fuck off with the kids statement! You were hardly missing any players you could have started with! We were simply incredible! Can't wait to go to Wembley now
Dyson
Lmao Arsenal. Still, I can't rub it in too much just in case...you know...
Noodleman
And yes, they can fuck off with the kids statement! You were hardly missing any players you could have started with! We were simply incredible! Can't wait to go to Wembley now I'm not even an Arsenal fan but: Almunia? Clichy? Rosicky? Flamini? Fabregas didnt start the match either and by the time Adebayor and Edurado came on it was already over. Thats over half a team there.
darksnowman
Lol, in all honesty (and from a fan of neither teams!) the Adebayor goal was the best, imo. It was like Arsene said after the match- it was just a game where everything seemed to go Spurs way. I mean, an early goal then an own goal and Arsenal hit the bar... on another day it would have been all different. I wouldn't put all the blame on his kids policy either, but its not only a heavy cup defeat, but a derby defeat. Unlucky.

Noodleman
Would love an actual quote from anyone at Spurs saying that the want to buy Puyol by the way. I guarantee you wont find one, the initial article was something along the lines of Spurs would like Carlos Puyol, no shit sherlock. Next week Wigan would like Kaka. Gizmo
Can't believe they are showing Middlesborough vs Mansfield rather than Liverpool vs Havant.
darksnowman
So who else is routing for Havant this afternoon? Not really. Its Liverpool all the way. Can't believe they are showing Middlesborough vs Mansfield rather than Liverpool vs Havant. Yeah, the Pool v Havant is like the biggest mismatch in FA Cup history (or very close to it) so I woulda thought they'd televise it. Obviously not, ah well.
